My water heater intake pipe developed a leak, with water gushing out, so I had to turn off water supply to the entire house. I called Swags Plumbing and got an appointment for the next day. The plumber came next morning, even earlier than I expected, inspected it and gave me an acceptable price to fix it. He replaced both in and our water lines, drained excess water and re-ignited the pilot. One of the outlets had very corroded thread, and so the plumber had to be creative to attach the line to it. After about two hours of repairs, my heater was operational again -- bug thanks!

I was asking a lot of questions about the system, and got very detailed answers. In particular, my heater has already served twice the expected lifetime, and so one day (hopefully not too soon) it will need to be replaced. For this case, I already got an approximate price for replacement from the plumber -- and it appears to be a right price. So I will likely call them for the replacement.

Honestly one of the best plumbing companies I've ever worked with. 1) The owner Jaime is very responsible and he personally walked me through diagnosis over face time before even the technician appointment, 2) The technician Christian is very professional and helpful throughout the appointment, 3) they price very reasonably.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service provided by the plumber who helped repair the leak in our primary room sink.

He was very polite and respectful when working on the sink and communicating with us (we had a newborn sleeping). He was also so patient and informed my husband of how to shut off the water in case we needed to in the future, what the pipe he repaired look like, etc.

And ultimately, he got the job done swiftly and well. Would 100% use this company again in the future.

It was Saturday morning of a holiday weekend, and I had sewage backing up into my garage. I spent some time making calls and hearing that nobody could get out to me until Tuesday. Which I get, a holiday is a holiday - but also it was sewage. In my garage. Gah!

Enter SWAGS - they answered the phone, understood the urgency of my issue, and got Daniel out to me the same afternoon.

Daniel was a total pro. He arrived when he said he would and got my drain unclogged quickly. He also found a robust ball of roots in the process. Then he ran a camera through the sewer line to see what kind of shape things were in down there (not great, which finding a bunch of roots would suggest.) While this is always disappointing news, it was useful to get his review and advice. He finished up by cleaning the area thoroughly. The price charged was totally fair.

SWAGS even called the city public works for me to see if they could do a lot line cleanout, which I didn't even ask them to do and felt like a nice touch of above and beyond.

My house is in an HOA development, and the HOA will have to make the decisions about how to fix the bigger problems in the sewer line that Daniel identified. If it were up to me, though, I'd absolutely hire SWAGS for the work after seeing their knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness.

The plumber, Mike, called to tell me when he'd be coming and then when he got here, he explained everything that he was doing, what he recommended and repaired both jobs to my satisfaction.
He repaired/replaced a tub spout and cleaned/repaired our dishwasher air gap line. He recommended some more extensive work which we may do eventually.
