We moved and replaced our water heater in preparation for a bathroom remodel and enlarging the shower. They gave us a range of options, and exlained each one to us clearly, so we were able to reach the best option for us. Their work was impecable, and so beautiful it was almost a shame to cover it up with the drywall! Seriously, we couldn't be happier with the service and the work. They even found and repaired a leak we were sure we would just have to live with. I will use them for everything! I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of the work and the professionalism of everyone who did it. And our dogs loved them too :-)

I am very impressed by Swags Plumbing with their honesty , eager to help , accessibility, easy to talk with, skill and transparency on their plan and charge before a job is done.

I had a 30 year hose bibb that was leaking that I wanted to replace. But it was very tight that even with two men could not get it loose. I tried applying lub and heat gun. But to no avail. So I contacted a couple of plumbers. Both of them replied the same day. But Jaime of Swags went out of his way to call me and found out we used the wrong tools and method. And then he described what I can to to fix it. And then he sent me several pictures as to what tools to use and how to use them in my case. He did all that without fee. And he offered to come by if I still have problems and help us without charge as a courtesy to get it loose. And Jaime quoted a specific next step if that is needed.

We followed his advise to get the correct tools and use the method he prescribed and the same two men then easily get the hose bibb out!

The other plumber only quoted a high price just to get this loose.

It is hard to find some a skilled, kind and honest plumber who is on your side instead of trying to make a kill. I would put Swags on the top of my plumber's list.

Jaime made an emergency visit on a Sunday to fix a pipe that had broken and was spraying water. He was excellent in communication about the timing for when he would be here, providing updates on his status. When he got here, we looked at the pipe and he explained what the possibilities were around fixing it, as it might be broken inside the wall. He was clear, upfront and articulate in his communication. He finished the work quickly and while I was taking care of the paperwork, he checked the water pressure, identifying that my water pressure was too high and I should contact the owners of the house I'm renting about this before other problems occur. Thank you for a quick and excellent service. The kids will have showers before school tomorrow!

Needed someone to help because my toilets and shower were backed up. I called SWAGS and they came by to take a look at the issue. Issue turned out that someone flushed a Clorox wipe and got stuck between the house and the sewer. The plumber ran a camera and there were tiny roots in the pipes which helped cause the clog. Eventually I will need to replace the main sewer pipe but for now a large machine to clean out the pipes was used and now everything works well. I was very impressed on the thoroughness and cleanliness of these guys. I had previous companies come by and not go through the trouble to offer to run the camera.
