S&W did a great job redoing what another plumber had messed up. They redid things and stopped all leaks. Thank you S&W and Colton and Ashton. Finally plumbers I can trust at very reasonable prices.

NEVER am I the one to bring a work or really any kind of actual personal situation the Facebook but I'm in ACTUAL disbelief. People I've known for 8+ years, a """"family run"""" business, and someone who reached out to me for my husband to work at their company. Now beating around the bush when my husband has pulled up their company & has shown in less than a month how useful he is to their business- with actual proof & job data. Now they're letting him go over """"mathematically"""" something not working but not giving a straight answer of WHY he is being let go. He asked for lower pay, lower hours, whatever it would take to continue to provide for his family and they wouldn't even say a word. Absolutely speechless when he showed proof of him upping their sales & clientele. Leaving me someone they've considered family since I was just barely in middle school with my 6 month old child & my husband with no income & no notice of any of this. Not only did they do this but proceeded to be disrespectful and extremely rude to my husband when he asked why he was being fired and under what circumstances had brought this to be. Never have I met a company more unprofessional than this!! So bizarre & unprofessional I will never recommend working here or even getting services done by this company! S&W Plumbing, I'm beyond embarrassed.

RUN! Do NOT waste your time or money on this business!!! They did the entire plumbing for a full renovation. Had to call them back 4 times for leaks, all within 4-5 months of the renovation. The last straw was my Kitchen Faucet that started leaking 6 months after installed. Ethan came out and told me the faucet was defective. He said he would install a new one NO CHARGE. I ordered a new faucet, took a day off from work...FOR THE 4TH time for him to come back out and 1 hour before he was to show up, the office called and told me they would have to charge me $200 for the install!!!! They had me backed in a corner! Complete extortion!!! I argued with the girl at the office and she AGREED with me that it wasn't the right thing to do to charge me! 5 minutes later, Ethan called back and told me that the company decided that they were not interested in installing the faucet and to get someone else out there. Ethan....you're a P***y for being a pawn!
