We are a repeat customer with Sutton Plumbing, and they are local for our Baldwin Park location.

I noticed that that was not the case for a bad review on Yelp by YingY, who says that he is in Beverly Hills, which is beyond Sutton Plumbing's service area. The service area map should have told him that he was calling the wrong plumber. Yelp does not allow for me, a real customer, to ask for the bad review to be removed. Yelp has removed 8 reviews for Sutton Plumbing. All of them were 5 star reviews. Why?

We have been treated well by Sutton Plumbing, and have called for service today (4/13/2020). They have served us for over 12 years and came with recommendations by my wife's co-workers.

Fortunately we did not select this service provider because they never sent the estimate as promised. Which goes to show they are not reliable & cannot count on them to deliver. In fact they have not return my follow up phone call to find out the status on the estimate. I ""Do Not Recommend"" this plumbing service, by all means move on to others...

suttonn plumbing. Ken has come to my home twice and has done exelent work, two toilet installs and a main water valve put in. but could not get them to move my water heater outside- to many excuses.

I am placing this review to compliment you and your company for excellent service. I especially would like to thank Ken for his outstanding work. This is the first time Ken has come into my home to fix strange plumbing issues that have been occurring for quite some time that have been driving me crazy for awhile now. I wish I could tell you all the intricate details of what he did, but unfortunately I am not that technical. All I can report is that my toilets all flush with gusto (unlike the past few years) and my shower drains quickly and does pool up around my feet anymore. He even made some suggestions to help me avoid future issues that I did not foresee. Not only is his work excellent, but he is also meticulous in cleaning up all work areas. It is wonderful to find a family run company that delivers such outstanding service. Thank you!

We called Sutton for a short gas line extension to accommodate a range installation. Despite having the wall opened for them, they elected to run the line surface mount, and secure it to the kitchen cabinet interior, which is frankly shoddy.

The morning after, detected a gas smell in the garage, using a standard soap and water leak test I found that the flex line to the water heater had been reinstalled less than hand tight and was leaking. There wasn't any soap anywhere, so it appears they did not test their connections.

As a professional tradesperson, I found the work substandard, would not recommend.

Had an appt. 10:00-12:00. I called at 11:15 to double check. Was advised that they would be arriving shortly. Received a call at 12:20 stating that they needed to reschedule do to the fact that they did not have 1:4 inch copper tubing. This is an item that can be purchased at any home improvement store. Needless to say, taking my business elsewhere. Not recommending this company to anyone. My time is as important as anyone else's.

Sutton Plumbing has always done a very good job whenever we have called them for problems at work. When we found out we were having some issues at our home in Fontana, we called them to see if they would come out that far. To our relief they said no problem and came out the next day. When Ken got there, he quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Since then we have called Sutton Plumbing for other issues and they have always been professional and fair. I have referred them to my mother, who had previously had a plumber quote a bunch of unnecessary work at a high cost. When Ken got there he fixed the problem and saved her a bunch of money. They are fair and they do good work....what more can you ask of anyone you are doing business with?
