We received excellent service from Sutherland plumbing. They were very accommodating in working with our particular plumbing needs and schedule. We were especially pleased with Sean Andersen, the plumber that worked with us. He is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He respected our space, and kept us informed of any issues or changes that came up relating out our specific situation. We will certainly contact Sutherland again as needs arise.

Fantastic service! We had an issue with our kitchen sink, and Sean came out to take a look. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour, and then took the time to help me with some questions I had about the plumbing in my house.

The next day I noticed some leaking in a bathroom, and I texted Sean. He called me and explained the potential issue (water pressure issue) - and told me what to buy at Home Depot so that I could turn off the water and check our water pressure by myself. He was so super helpful.

I highly recommend this company - scheduling the appointment was easy, Sean arrived on time and was very professional and a great help. Will definitely use them again, if/when we need it.

Sean was fantastic at diagnosing a hot water heater issue we had in our Westmoreland home. He was able to appear the same day, narrow down the issue, order the part for us, and then returned immediately after to install it. Problem resolved in the first shot. Communications were always perfect, and he was respectful and courteous within our home while effecting the diagnosis and repair work.

What's more -- the entire hot water heater was installed by Sutherland originally, and they stood behind the warranty repair 100%. Jaw-dropping and unexpected!

I frequently am disappointed by the state of modern business and customer service in my everyday life -- so much so that I'm in disbelief when I encounter the ""top notch"" customer treatment as I received here. Sutherland will get first dibs on any upgrade, repair, or plumbing concern we have for the foreseeable future.

Sutherland just replaced my main water supply line. The old line from the meter to the house had a leak. They were able to get a crew on the job the day after I called. Their team explained my options, then did a great job replacing the water main. They also ended up replacing our 20 year old water heater... all done in one day. The crew was easy to work with, were very professional, and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. I couldn't be happier with their work. I highly recommend Sutherland.

Sean's first visit for what we thought was a leaking attic pipe resulted in his helping us identify that it was actually a flashing issue on our roof, not a plumbing concern per se. He also provided a helpful estimate on a water heater we had been thinking about replacing for almost two years, and a drain clog cleared free of charge.

We decided to go forward with the water heater replacement, and his second visit with Ti took a full day due to the somewhat complex nature of our basement configuration and ventilation options (or lack thereof) but it was handled on time and at the cost quoted. Very friendly folks, went above and beyond expectations, even cleaned up the leaves and yard debris immediately around the area they needed to run ventilation through. A+, will use again.

Excellent service! I was able to schedule the appointment via the Yelp app with a prompt response. I worked with Sean Anderson and he called me before our schedule service window to let me know his ETA. After assessing my plumbing issue, he provided his professional advice on how to proceed by giving several options. I will definitely work with them again and highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber.

Great job! This is the second time I've had this company help us. Very professional. Go out of their way to make sure the job is done right and meets expectations.

The only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 out of 5 is because we did have a little trouble with confirming our appointment. I think is because they use a voice to text system. Be sure to confirm your appointment is confirmed.

Otherwise, great service and great job finding our issues (low flow on hot water line). Sean went the extra mile to make sure the work was done to our satisfaction. Thank you!

There is a reason why they have a perfect score on Angie's List. This is a professional, solid, honest, hard working plumbing company. Very pleased with the work & warranty that was provided today on their labor and product (American built hot water heater). They are highly recommendable!

I did not use this company and for good reason. I had a leaky tub faucet and they recommended a complete replacement of all the tub faucets and valves. This would have required them to demolish some new bathroom tiles i had put in. The estimate was $1,800+

I called another company to get a second estimate and they fixed the leak by simply replacing the tub faucet cartridges. The cost was $300.

If you are using Sutherland and feel something doesn't add up, TRUST YOUR INTUITION and call someone else.
