Sutherland Plumbing is amazing. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs and they will be our first call for any future ones. We had a very complicated and major main water line break/leak. I called multiple Plumbing services and (despite a busy schedule) Ti from Sutherland came out the next day to assess the situation, help me turn the water off, and start the planning process. Ti set up a text thread and a clear communication plan about how to get in touch with him as we navigated this process and we hadn't even committed to going with their services yet. Ti helped me navigate services to finding the leak and the line and what my options were before I even hear back from other plumbers. I didn't have to go through a call center and could reach Ti same day with any questions and needs. Due to how complicated our situation was this required a great deal of communication and coordination and Ti was with us every step of the way - again before any agreement signed or payment delivered. This plumbing issue took over a month to resolve (due to complex nature) and Ti set us up with a temporary water line so we could still have access to water while we waited. I could go on and on. I felt like a member of his family. He and his team took such great care of us. As a first time home owner (and woman who handles our household home projects) I felt respected and that my voice was important. He was willing to teach us through the process so we could learn and be prepared for future situations. Never been treated so well by a professional team!

This is a long overdue review. Sutherland replaced our water heater about a year ago and we could not be happier. They took the time to listen to our particular situation and recommended the ideal replacement. These days replacing a water heater involves a lot of choices (tankless, instant, etc.) and they walked us through the pros and cons of each option. You can't go wrong with them. Job was neat and completed as promised.

Sutheland Plumbing (SP) replaced my 20+ year/75G Bradford White water heater today. I did some quick research and picked SP based on reviews. SP's quote was price competitive (compared to a couple of quotes), but more importantly was his attention to detail, quality and best practices. Things like brass fittings, steel earthquake straps, expansion tanks, steel connectors, etc...were all missing from other quotes. Ti showed up in the AM, and moved my refrigerator, removed the old unit, unboxed the new unit, prep'd the area, etc...and this crew (Cameron, Jack) did the final install, hookup, startup, test, and cleanup. Cameron spent time at the end on Operations of the unit. I was briefed all along on how this was going to get done, and it was flawless execution. The team was very professional, and I am very pleased the job.
So, If you are looking for a plumber for these types of jobs, give Sutherland a shout....you will not be disappointed!

Highly recommend Ti Sutherland and Sutherlans Plumbing. We appear to have a water leak and Sutherland Plumbing was incredibly responsive, very thorough, and provided the most reasonable estimate for replacing our water line and water heater. I was lucky to have Cameron and Jack as the water heater plumbers. They were skilled, patient and kind, answering my many questions. They put down tarps to protect flooring and wore booties over their shoes, too.
