I honestly wouldn't even give this company any rating. If you are smart, do not hire this company. I scheduled them to come out originally to add a couple of zones and to fix some cracks in the line. When they came out, they spent 20 minutes at my house and said they needed to leave because of other projects. They told me that they would give me a call to schedule another time and never did, I had to call them. We scheduled another time and they called and said they had to reschedule for now two weeks out. And finally the time they rescheduled they just never showed up. I've called them 3 times since then and they have never called back and it's been almost a week now since they were supposed to come. They are the worst company!! Do not hire.

$65 service fee just to come out to your house! And I live about a mile away! First and last time I will use them. Super expensive.

Last autumn, I tried to hire a local company, Sutherland, to service my sprinklers, plus install a new mechanical screen, but never heard back after leaving multiple messages. I called again this spring, and did hear back, and arranged for service during my vacation. Thought I was all set, until at the end of the scheduled time (nearly 3 hours waiting) period for my appointment, the worker called to say he had a sudden personal emergency. He was already extremely delayed, and I wasted a morning awaiting his arrival. I then left a message with the company, again, and when I finally heard back, the company said there was no time this week of my availability that they could reschedule me. Sutherland was a complete waste of my time, and I will never bother with them again. They should have sent someone else out or prioritized me for the next day, but nope! I had a great response from Summer's Irrigation in Waterford, who came out the same day and finished everything in just an hour.
