We worked with Mark who answered my call promptly and was out to our house the next day! He did everything I asked in a timely manner at a fair price. He was even able to come back later that day when I noticed a tiny leak still coming from the area and rectified it without hesitation. I got a quote for around $500-$600 for a major plumbing job (cutting into the wall, replacing pipes etc..) which ended up only taking 20 minutes with a minor replacement of shower cartridge/faucets. The work was ok but the owner couldn't get out of her fast enough and still charged me $505.00! Go with this plumbing company if you have lots of money to burn.

My water heater had died and after calling a few companies the best price I had received was from a big box company. I then saw Sustman Services online on the Yellow Pages.
I reached out to them for a quote and they gave me a great price.

Mark came out within a day and did all the work himself. He brought the new water heater down the stairs and the old out and cleaned up the job site. There was been no problem with the work he has done and the water heater he brought is working perfectly.

Our household is extremely happy with the work that was done by Sustman Services and although they may be a smaller company they care about the customer and do outstanding work. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of plumbing work.
