My first contact with Wess Neeson was by phone. He came by within hours and that evening prepared a detailed estimate, When I was ready to do the work, he selected a day and time and he appeared when he said he would.During the days between the estimate and the work, I needed to talk to him several times, If he was not available on the phone, he soon called me back. On the day he was doing the work he ran into an unexpected problem, he could reasonably have argued that it was not covered in the estimate but instead he found a good workaround that still met code and was finished with a minimum of fuss. When the inspector came, it was obvious that he was familiar with Wess's work and respected his quality I have no reservations about recommending Wess and Sustainable Plumbing.

While on vacation last week, we got a call from our house-sitters and the City of Santa Rosa that the main water line from our street meter to our house was broken. We called a couple of plumbers who were unable to schedule us in, but one of them recommended Wess at Sustainable Plumbing. He is a new business, but has previous experience working for bigger companies in the industry. We are really glad he decided to go out on his own.

We arrived home Wednesday night to no water, and Wess tweaked his schedule to meet us early Thursday morning. He came up with a clever idea for a temporary bypass to give us water until we could prepare for a permanent repair.

He also engineered a clever permanent repair that would bypass our expensive natural stone downhill pathway to the house, saving us a very expensive secondary repair.

We are grateful for the accident not being worse... and for the accidental finding of a great plumber. His clever solutions, clean craftsmanship, and experience served to restore our water in rapid time, saved us a ton of money, and we are absolutely confident and happy to give him our highest recommendation.

Wes saved my weekend! When my son flushed the toilet paper roll holder down the toilet at 7 pm on a Saturday night, our one bathroom family started to get nervous that we were going to be in a difficult situation come morning.

Not only did Wes respond right away, but he showed up at my house within 15 minutes when he heard we only had one bathroom! He handled my issue and followed up with me the next day to check in and make sure everything seemed resolved for good.
