I called Sussex Septic Services and Tyrone?? answered the phone and asked how he could help. I explained that I had concerns about my septic. Within a day, he came to evaluate the system and give his opinion and recommendations.
Ty, Sussex Septic Services is 5 star all the way, he is kind, respectful, professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and reliable!
He was very informative about many rules and regulations that the previous company failed to tell us.
He isn't there just to do the job or money, he takes pride in what he does and how he helps others! He certainly provides a lot of education in this matter, which is extremely important and very much needed.
Thank you Ty, for your help when we needed it, you were there for us.

Looking for a septic servicing for our new house and found this business. With all the good reviews I thought for sure I would have worries when it comes to emptying our stepic system. New house = alot of worries.
They exceeded all my expectations and was really happy. They were efficiant and on time, which I like because I did have other errands that day. The gentleman, Mr. Tyrone was very friendly and was ready to answer any of my questions if I had any.
I definately have them on my speed dial incase I ever need.

When i needed my septic unit drain, i asked my friend and they recommended Ty, with sussex septic. Gave him a call the next day and he was out the same day. I know with all this virus/help shortage i was expecting this to be done weeks from now, but thankfully i called these guys and they got my septic under control.
I met with Ty who was a great guy to chat with, while he serviced the septic we had a nice educational talk about septics in general.

I had an issue with my septic system as my septic pump failed. Actually, Jason was referred to me by another company that was backed up for a few weeks. This guy was absolutely great! Two days later he had the work completed. I actually wasn't there the day of the work, but he went out of his way to come back to my house a few days later to explain what he had done, explain the entire septic system (as I'm a newbie to having a septic system), and gave me some great information with regards to self maintenance of the system. I can't say enough about the fantastic customer service that this guy gives. Would absolutely recommend to anyone that has septic needs!!!!
