I hired Shad and his two sons to replumb my whole house. I had all my fixtures at the house when they arrived. Later when they came back to my house to finish install... the toilet would not set level, I had to ad a block of wood under my pedestal sink to raise it up to their plumbing instead of their plumbing made to fit the fixture. My shower valve didn't work, this part was not their fault but it's not the valve I wanted to put in this house unfortunately I was not there when they put this in. When I went to turn the water on under the house I found they left pieces of sewer pipe, and cut off pieces of pex 'A' under my house that I now need to clean out.
When I called and texted Shad about my shower valve not working, he would not return my calls or texts.
I had to reopen my kitchen sheet rock to get to the faulty valve and replace it. A simple response would have been nice.
He charged me another $500 when he came back to my house to finish the install. I understand there is some charge for his time and materials but I was quoted a price to do the job then charged again to fix what I feel was their screw ups. This is not fare or professional.
He also cut out my water spiggets on each side of the house and never put them back on. Now I have no spiggets again and that's more time and money added to this project when it should have been included.
I feel they rushed the job and they were in too big of a hurry to make quick money. He seems to be quit busy but I'll never use them again. I don't recommend them unless your willing to pay twice and receive no communication once they're gone.
