I would NOT recommend using their service. If there is one thing this company lacks, it is customer service skills. The person on the phone lacked common decency and must not know what manners are. Just because you are on the phone with someone and not in person, does not give you an excuse to use profanity to a customer. If I were you, I would consider looking and spending your money elsewhere.

I called to try and get a quote from this company and the person who answered the phone told me on my recorded line,"" to Jump off a bridge and kill my self"".

I called into the office looking to obtain a quote to help a veteran family in the Toms River area get onto public water as a favor and the first words out of his mouth was to stop calling him and to ""off my self"". I have never been treated with such disrespect. I have never spoken to a rep from any company who has been nastier. I hope he gets over what ever he is going through and gets help. I would recommend NOT using this company for anything as they are clearly missing any positive core values NOR do they want to help veteran families.
