It's been 4 days of no hot water in this house and I still have been given nothing but excuses by this guy. He says he's going to come at a certain time, that time comes and goes and then he stops answering his phone. Hours gone by and I got a text back saying that he's running behind and that he didn't forget and he'll be by at whatever other time he said. That time came and went and back to not answering any phone calls. This no-call no-show and absolutely no communication went on for 2 days Not an ounce of communication or honesty on appointment time or any ability to commit to asset show up time for the job. Very easy job simple water heater hook up and I did the labor of bringing it downstairs myself plus draining the old heater. Still nothing. Canceled our time for the fourth time last night bit by text, claimed he was at the phone store all day, phone issues blah blah blah and he would call me when he was out. Almost 10 p.m. on Saturday night and then he cancels coming by to hook up the water heater yet again and said that he would be here by 11 a.m. the next day Sunday. He continue to ignore my calls all day Sunday today. No-call no-show for the 4th time. He then sends this Brazilian guy , without informing me anything whatsoever by text or phone but ignoring all calls, from another company to do the job didn't know anyone else was coming and had no idea on time. Luckily the Brazilian guy Bido ended up being so much better. Bido informed me that Tom wasn't even driving, had no car.....so my question is WHY NOT JUST BE HONEST AND TELL ME THAT SO I DIDNT WASTE TWO DAYS PLAYING PHONE GAMES AND NO SHOWS??!! I will never be contacting Surf's Up Plumbing ever again but directly contacting Bido. What a trainwreck

We have used Surfs up plumbing 3 times now. Always quick! They come day of or the next day and always complete the job for a very reasonable rate and with a great deal of quality! Will definitely be using them again should the need arise again! Hey

Surfs up Plumbing is nothing less Them a thief.
Doesn't have a drivers license , not a company truck.
He took $4000 of my money and never completed the job .
He deleted the Project for 3 weeks.
Every day was a new excuse.
Excuse #1 I got on car accident
Excuse #2 I don't have a car
Excuse #3 I don't have a license
About never answer a phone call from me ,,
Excuse =was, i lost my phone, my phone is broke.
I had to use 4 different phone numbers of family and friends to listen to all his excuses.
He did a horrible job that never will Never Pass inspection .
The new plumber have to Redo 75 % of the work .
Shows up with friends of his to do the work,
Makes 100+ promises so he doesn't get in trouble and lies to your face
We have all the documents to
Support 100% with Tex and pics.
Looking forward to take him to the license board .
