I am visiting my mom & her valves started leaking at the washing machine. I called ""John Wilcox Plumbing"" & received a respond immediately. They would of come out that day, however I realized it was not an emergency so I made a time the following Monday. I was notified when they would arrive & also sent a picture of the plumber (Bill). Bill was very polite & efficient. Bill was professional. He fixed my issue, cleaned up after. Price was very reasonable. I will definitely use again & refer to my other families in this area. Thank you Bill!

I was quoted $250-$350 for installation of a refrigerator water line. I was then charged $449 for the job which took only a half hour to complete. They came unprepared to drill through a tile floor and then charged me for purchase of a drill bit which they then decided to keep. I called to inquire about the increased price and was refused a breakdown of the bill while being belittled and talked down to like a child. Find someone else for your plumbing or heating needs.

Requested a quote to have a water heater replaced. Response was prompt and Shari was delightful. Did not choose this company because their quote was ~$750 higher than the other contractors I had contacted.

I called them bc hot air wasn't blowing in the house. Within 2 hours they got to the house and installed a new blower at a fair price. I would use them again as they were responsive and reliable.

We had a large backup in the basement drain so I called my usual plumber; he was on vacation but he recommended Wilcox. I called Wilcox and a day later they arrived, took care of the problem plus fixed a toilet that wasn't working properly. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up when they were done. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
