I was quoted $250-$350 for installation of a refrigerator water line. I was then charged $449 for the job which took only a half hour to complete. They came unprepared to drill through a tile floor and then charged me for purchase of a drill bit which they then decided to keep. I called to inquire about the increased price and was refused a breakdown of the bill while being belittled and talked down to like a child. Find someone else for your plumbing or heating needs.

I used John Wilcox to have a Aprilaire humidifier replaced. When his crew came out to do the job they ran into an issue with my furnace which was completely separate from what they came for. They ended up fixing the issue with the furnace and installed the humidifier all for the originally quoted price despite all the extra time they spent at my house.They explained everything that was going on each step of the way. These two gentlemen were very professional and friendly. John Wilcox followed up two days later with a visit just to make sure everything was smooth and I was happy. Highly recommend this company.

I've used John and his team several times at my house and they've always done excellent work. Whether it was servicing the furnace and air conditioner, installing a vent in my basement, or replacing my furnace, they were always on time, professional, and just plain nice to deal with.

Most recently, I was attempting to change the hose bibb on the side of my house and ended up breaking the pipe. I put in an estimate request on the website and Gretchen called me back almost immediately. They had a plumber working in my neighborhood, Mike, and she dispatched him here right after his previous job. Mike was super friendly and had everything fixed within the hour.
