At the end-April 2018 I would have given them 5 stars as they came out and snake dour main line for a blockage at $185. Now it is the end of June and he wants $225 for the same service even though the first time did not seem to work very long. I tried to engage him in a discussion on a ""plan"" to fix the issue permanent but I got nowhere. I am now off to find someone I can really work with.

Brian was very quick to respond and agree on a time to come to my home. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way and arrived on time. Pricing was relayed to me upfront. Unfortunately, he was unable to break through the source of our sink's clog. This is understandable, though, as he discovered the clog is caused by grout left by a contractor. He was quick to give advice on how to approach the problem, and recommended someone else who may be able to help. He did a great job walking me through where the issue likely is and how to deal with it. I wasn't charged a dime for the 50min of labor and knowledge. The draining issue is currently worse from breaking up bits of grout, but I'm confident that the information Brian provided will help us resolve the issue down the line. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is because the problem still exists, though I am otherwise extremely pleased with the service provided. I will definitely be calling Sureflow Rooter in the future for other repairs.

These guys are amazing! We had a very serious block in our main outflow pipe. My husband and a handyman tried to fix it themselves, but nothing they did worked. We were hesitant when it came to calling a company, because of all those scary stories you hear about how they will overcharge and under perform. But since they offered free estimates, we gave them a call. They came out and gave us some tips on what they thought was the issue. Let us know to call them if it didn't work, and they would come out to us again. We did as they said, but nothing worked. We called them the next day at 9am, and they told us they would be at our home between 1-2:00pm. By 2:06 they were knocking on the door. I let them in and they went straight to work. They were here for about an hour, and you could hear they were putting in some serious work. After about an hour, they let us know that we were all set, and gave us information on how to keep everything in working order. I had my check book ready and braced myself for the price. To my surprise, they charged us MUCH less than what we had expected. These guys are polite, on time, and very decently priced. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber!

I had a clogged toilet for DAYS. I tried plunging. I tried using the snake. After watching how to videos, I tried using the snake again. After round 5, I was ready to call in reinforcements. I read solid reviews then called Sureflow Rooter to schedule an appointment. I figured I'd get the voicemail as it was 7:30 pm and well past official business hours. However, a very nice man answered the phone, gave me specific advice on how to use the auger again, and scheduled an appointment for the next evening just in case me v. Toilet didn't go as planned. After following his advice, I unclogged my toilet in less than 20 mins! Thank you so much! Saved me money and fantastic customer service! Will be using Sureflow Rooter whenever I have a plumbing problem in the future!

I called at 8:00 this morning because my tub and bathroom sink were blocked up. We were so grateful that they were able to come out the same day. Our original time was for 11:00 but as anyone can understand there are always things that occur that can set you behind. However, we were notified regularly of their ETA. Once they arrived they did a fine job to find and repair the problem at a reasonable cost.

I contacted Sureflow after reading fellow Yelpers reviews. My bathroom sink drain was clogged beyond the P trap/ wall and I was unable to reach it myself. They arrived exactly at the scheduled appointment time, and repairs were completed perfectly within an hour. The price was extremely reasonable and the service was excellent...honest, friendly, professional, and clean work. I'm so grateful for Sureflow, and Yelp. I highly recommend Sureflow and will contact them for all future plumbing needs, and will refer others to them also. Would give more stars if possible!

Brian's come out on a few occasions and today I called him to clear our sewer line. Even though it was money out of his pocket (and I was embarrassingly late in paying him for the previous visit), he informed me that the city I live in now clears street side blockages for free. He checked it out free of charge, even told me who to call. Doesn't get much more honest and on the level than that.

Brian and Mike are awesome! I had a terribly clogged bathtub drain...I spent over 4 hours this weekend, and took a trip to Lowes to buy and try multiple types of snakes trying to unclog this monster...and I just couldn't get to the actual trap where the clog was located.

While very discouraged, I decided to look at the Yelp reviews for a plumber in my area and found Sureflow Rooter.
Due to the positive reviews, I figured I'd call and see if there was any way that they could come look at the drain within the next day or two. I called them between 11:30am and noon today. They said that they come out between 2:00pm and 3:00pm today.

They called when they were on their way, and got here around 2:15pm.
They also had to fight a bit to get through to the trap (it's an old house with an odd setup), but were able to get it taken care of and put everything back together within an hour. They charged $110, WELL worth the money! The clog was quite extensive. They cleaned up everything after and even put the overflow cap back on (that I had taken off).

These guys were top-notch and I will definitely use them again! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber!! A+++
