Bill & Jeremy converted my electric dryer to gas in my new home & also ran me a gas line from the basement out to my 96k btu bbq on my rear deck. They did a great job & kept thinks looking very clean. Jeremy also saw me struggling with ideas of how to hang my new 85"" flat screen from the stone above my fireplace. He came up with a much better idea than I had & saved me a lot of grief. I'm bringing them back next week to add an additional hose bib out back. Great plumbers.

My experience was not so good. The three guys came out to my house, crawled around under there trying to locate the problem. I could here them from inside complaining the entire time. They capped my pipes under my laundry room and told me they would be back later on to fix the problem. The price for this service alone was $900. And nothing was fixed. I will not use them again certainly.

I gave sure flow a call based on other people's reviews and now I know why they're rated so great! Bill came over and was very professional and the work he did was great! I talked to him while he was doing the work, not knowing if he'd like it or not, but he was great to talk to and he was still very diligent with the work, checking things and making sure all was right. He explained to me what he was actually doing and I thought that was really good too. I also had other (non-plumbing related) work that was needing to get done in a crunch, and he was able to refer me to good people for that work too! Will definitely use them for all future plumbing needs and highly recommended to all others needing plumbing work.

I was out of town on a business trip when my wife texted me that our sump pump failed and water started flowing into our finished basement. Jeremy was recommended by the water removal company and when I called, he said he was really busy and wouldn't be able to get to me for a couple days. When I explained my situation, he came over within a half hour with a new sump and had it installed within another 20 minutes.
I can't recommend Jeremy enough. He was very polite, professional and fast!
To ensure it wasn't a fluke, my in-laws had their sump go out 4 weeks later so I promptly recommended Jeremy and they had the same result. Top notch service!

Excellent, fast service, even after a heavy storm. Jeremy came over and replaced our failed sump pump in about an hour from the time I called until he was completely done. I live in an older home that was in need of having the basement floor drain and sump pump updated. It was a big job that required jackhammering the floor and replacing plumbing. Bill and Jeremy got the job done in a single day and things are great now. They were very friendly, explained the entire process to me and answered any questions I had before starting. I've used Jeremy from Sure Flow Pumbing 4 or 5 times now for various issues. I've been pleased every time. Had a real major issue with a drain that wouldn't empty in the bathtub of a slab foundation house. It was a hard job that took a long time. I know it was the kind of job a lot of other plumbers would have charged several thousands of dollars for but Jeremy kept it somewhat reasonable.

Also, every time I've called he's been able to be there same day or next at the latest. When you've got a plumbing issue you need it fixed asap so that's important.

It's a good company that I'll keep calling.

These guys are great and have gained a customer in me for years to come. I had a very simple problem with one of my toilets that I had misdiagnosed. They stopped by my house, told me what was wrong, gave me recommendations for how to fix it and didn't charge me a dime. I will be utilizing Sure Flow for any and all plumbing issues I have from now on. This is how a business should be run.
