I had a Sewer Main line Back up due to Tree Roots growing in the line!!!!


I called Sure Shot Plumbing and Spoke to Owner Operator David Morales ..


I told him what my problem was and he gave me a very fair Phone quote and price to fix the problem.



David showed up very Promptly for our Appointment the next morning after being on another job half the night.



David was very Professional and. Promptly Cleared my Sewer Line with his Top of the Line Rooting Machine and then switch blades to cut the Remnant Tree roots out of the line..



David even warranty the job for a 4 month Period!!!

I had a mysterious leak in the wall coming from the base of the wall next to my shower. I got 2 quotes prior to Sure Shot coming out. One quote suggested I rip out my entire bathtub and replace it although there was no clear leak in the tub. David took the time to try to recreate the leak (which neither of the other two business did), and easily figured out where the problem was. (Diverter gasket had worn down as well as incorrect rubber gasket in the cartridges.) Thank you!

This review is long overdue... David is great and SureShot is my go to! We first found them when we accidentally drilled into a water line! They were very responsive, knowledgable (walked us through options for repair) and fixed it quickly!

We have since had David out for home improvement projects (assistance with moving some water lines for a new bathroom vanity sink), emergencies (water line repair), snaking/unclogging drains (gross), and most recently troubleshooting some minor repairs (sqeaky shower faucet and low flow in a bathroom sink).

He is extremely responsive, honest, and professional! At one point I had him out for something I THOUGHT needed to be done (when doing a new bathroom) and he came out and said that nothing was needed (it was just unfamiliar to me).

I am glad he is a local resource and he is an great asset to the community!

I must say David is superb and pricing is absolutely the best for the best quality work. I have locked his number in my phone. When I do that, that's a sign that I'll be calling his company on the regular, if needed, and referring others. I have no more leaks under my sink and he looked at a another loose sink as a ""courtesy"".

David Morales did an excellent job resolving a leak problem we had with an anti-siphon valve for our pool last summer so naturally we called him again a few months later when we needed an old leaking a hose spigot replaced. Called and messaged (FB) around I think 7:30ish someone respond within 10 mins, let me know they were still at a call and had another after but can make it around 10pm. David was very professional and honest. He checked a smell that was coming from our toilet and found the seal wasn't holding because of a loose bolt. The bolt was attached to wood that had gone rotten. He was very up front about what options were available to fix it and the costs. We are very satisfied with his work and will call him again if needed.
