David was very professional and honest. He checked a smell that was coming from our toilet and found the seal wasn't holding because of a loose bolt. The bolt was attached to wood that had gone rotten. He was very up front about what options were available to fix it and the costs. David Morales a very polite man was here within 2 hours. Fixed the pipe drbecause it was 8 o'clock hour He returned 2the next morning and fixed a different connection we noticed attached to the long pipe had a slow drip. Also he fixed a drip in the faucet.
