I would guess that the mixed reviews are due to who performed the service, not so much the company as a whole. When Sean (owner) did our work, he made sure that everything was working properly. In a situation where one of his staff overlooked something, he returned later and rectified the problem with no charge except for the item that should have been replaced anyway. He was courteous and took the time to do it right.

I would highly recommend. Very professional. After all the snow we just got I was having trouble with my water. When I called the owner answered the phone. When I explained what was happening and that I had little ones in the house he said he would be right there within the hour. He got there less the 45 minutes later and quickly resolved the problem. He even check and tighten some valves that were loose. Thanks to the problem being resolved so quickly I was able to give a much need bath to my little one after a diaper explosion. Very grateful. Great service , very caring and professional. Highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible service! Stay away! Do not use. They were a MONTH LATE completing their work. Horrible work ethic; get to job site at 10am, take a 1 1/2 hour lunch, leave early. Tell you they were going to show up, and no call, no show. Smoke, and throw their butts all over your property. Make excuses for not showing that were complete lies. Take absolutely no pride in their work. Owner/supervisor of the company, Sean, is biggest part of the issues. Nothing but excuses.
WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Sean and Sean were excellent! We had to have all of our floats replaced and the alarm to our septic system. We were very happy with the level of communication as well as service. They were very quick getting to our home, easy to deal with, and cost less than other providers. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Thanks again!
