I called in the AM (I think about 10am) on Saturday, Sept 2, 2017 during office hours. And yes it was a Holiday weekend but yelp and their website showed they were open. The message said they were on the other line so I left a message asking for a call back. Today is now Sept 11, 2017 and still no call back. I'm assuming this company is not interested in my business. I already got the work done from another company (same day) but I felt that I needed to leave this review. I will NOT be calling this company in the future.

I've used Superstition Plumbing severL times over the past few years. They are always friendly and got the job done in a timely fashion.
I just had water heater break and flood my home. I called Superstion and they were there within an hour to fix the problem. The serviceman explained all the options and his work.

Called for an estimate, young man came out the next day about 3:00 PM. Looked at my water heater, 17 years old, and gave me a great quote for a new one. Then we tried to find a time that would work for both of us. He said how about right now! That's what I call prepared.

Came out same day I called, gave me a time frame between 3 and 4, showed up right at 3pm. Quick, clean job, and price was significantly less then the other quote I received. Came recommended and will not hesitate to recommend to others.

After getting quotes from other companies concerning a mysterious leak (which left us puzzled because they did not even pin point a specific problem), we called Superstition Plumbing as a last resort, (because the company we decided to go with earlier said they would only be available within a couple of days to do the actual fix). The worker that was sent to us within the hour (named Roy), was very knowledgeable (said he has done this for about 50 years) and explained step by step how he was finding the leak-which eventually he did, and was able to get it fixed that day. Was not only a lot cheaper than others had quoted, but he actually found the problem which for 3 other companies had only been a guess. Someone else from the same company joined him later to confirm his find and give a second opinion with additional tools (humidity finder looking screen?) , but I did not catch his name- they were both respectful and professional workers. They did not charge me until I gave them the OK to work on it, but by then I could visually see the elbow tube that was leaking, so I was confident that would fix the problem. So glad I called them. I would use them again and definitely recommend them in the future.

I needed a plumber to replace the insides of one of my toilets and fix a leak in my vanity faucet. Superstition Plumbing was recommended by my realtor. From my initial call to this company through the work experience, everything was done in such a professional and courteous manner. Their representative, Jared, answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and was so CLEAN! He wore booties in the house and put down floor covering for the bath. The bathroom was extremely clean when he left. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The charge was reasonable, and I will go forward in using Superstition Plumbing for any other plumbing need I may have.

Would highly recommend. We had a toilet leak. The company came at their designated time and were extremely polite, and the resolved the problem. The service person even wore booties into the house each time he entered, so as not to drag any debris into our home. Some other ther companies we have previously used, didn't even clean up in the area they were working on. This was the most polite service we have ever used. Don't hesitate to call this company. We previously have had numerous other local companies, and none compare.

This company was referred to me by another homeowner who works for the condo community. I called them...big mistake. When I called I told them my shower was leaking into the downstairs unit and needed to find out how much to fix it. They said no charge for them to come out and give me a ""bid"" there would only be a charge if they had to come out and do any work to determine the problem. Justin came out and spent less than 5 minutes looking at the shower and told me the waste overflow and drain assembly needed to be replaced. He said approx $300-$350 to fix. I wanted to call around and check other plumbers to see if I could get a better rate on the repair as my budget was really tight. Before leaving he tried to charge me a $69 diagnosis fee. We went back and forth but he eventually waived it. He said free for a bid but if they have to determine a problem its a charge. Which of course they didn't tell me when I called to set up the appointment in that I explained the problem and was clear that I wanted someone to tell me what needed to be done to fix it and how much to come out. That should have been my first clue. I asked for a written estimate and he said that he would submit it to the owner and they would email the estimate. He also warned me sometimes the owner changes the prices, probably trying to get me to just tell him to do it. I have never heard of the person coming to your house not being able to provide me a written estimate on site unless they needed to go back to the office and research parts. They didn't take my email address, so i had to call them back and give it to them Tammy answered and was really cold, she was probably mad she got caught in a lie. This was 3 days ago and still no email. After calling around, I decided to have them come out and do the repair since they already were out and were familiar with the situation, the pricing was ok and it was going into the holiday weekend and it was something that really couldn't wait. I called Friday at 1pm to setup a Sat appt. They said all their plumbers are off for the holiday weekend they are only doing emergencies this weekend and the soonest they could get to it is Tuesday. They were going to contact Justin and call me back with a time they could do it and a firm price. They never called me back and left me hanging over a holiday weekend knowing full well this was a major problem for my neighbors. I had to scramble and did find a good plumber over at Arties Master Plumbing in Tempe (read my excellent review for him) he fixed the problem for a fraction of the cost less than $100 all that needed to be done was to replace the water overflow faceplate and gasket. So in order to make more money they quote things that may not even be the issue. Run away fast from these scam artists.

Jared arrived as promised and went right to work. He was organized and efficient in his actions. He replaced two toilets and supply lines. He removed the old toilets and any trash from the installation and placed the shipping containers out for recycle. The only evidence he had been here were the new toilets. Excellent work
