This is the worst plumbing experience ever! Our home warranty service made us use this company! They did not install the right equipment. Then they dodged our phone calls and the only way we were able to get our phone call answered was to stage a phone call acting as if we were a sales call, finally we were able to get the office girl to call us back. We will never use this company again and never recommend them to anyone!! Run far away from this company!!!

I was recommended to this company by a home warranty company. they don't answer their phones and their website is down. I think they may be out of business.

I would definitely suggest not using Superplumbers unless you want a lot of frustration. First of all the office lady Whitney does not answer the phone or return calls. The plumbers try to make up for her but they are at jobs so they can't answer their phones either. I tried to schedule a time with them for 10 days before I was able to. Then, Whitney decided to reschedule without ever letting me know. I call the plumber to see why he isn't here yet and he says "I thought Whitney would call you". Believe me I would not have stuck with them given a choice. However, our warranty didn't allow us to use any one else. We will not be renewing with that warranty company. Then once he got here he wouldn't do any of the repairs. This was AHS's (warranty company) policy. Superplumbers does not care about the customer only about the warranty company and making them happy at any cost. Of course I still had to pay him the service fee.
