My shower faucet was broken and I had to turn off the water to my whole house. I contacted Supernova Plumbing around 10pm and they responded very quickly. Richard arrived promptly and fixed the issue.
Overall he was very reliable and very professional. I would definitely contact Supernova Plumbing again if I ever encounter any other issues with my plumbing.

Our 75 gallon water heater control unit malfunctioned and kept turning off. I had sent in a request to Yelp and Jesus from Supernova Rooter & Plumbing was one of the first to respond and offer his services. Consultation was free! He didn't charge for the drive here even with gas prices sky rocketing. Every other company that reached out charged a consultation fee of around $60. When he arrived he was very honest about everything he found. My dad asked many questions and he was patient and so respectful. He answered all my dad's questions. He gave us a round about price and said he would look for the part we needed first to see how much it would be. He left and did that right away. He called back the same day and gave us the info on equipment (gas control unit, T&P valve and pilot assembly) price, then his labor fee (which was so affordable and fair). My family made sure to do the research on prices and Jesus was very reasonable. The parts he ordered for us came the next day and the morning after that, he was already here taking it apart and rebuilding it with the new parts he helped us get! He did everything so thoroughly and quickly. Even with my dad talking his ear off and watching him the whole time. I can't say enough how much I appreciated his hard work, great communication and respectfulness. As he worked, he was so kind and answered any questions my dad had. He even gave us a 2 year warranty on top of all he already did! I totally recommend his services to anyone that needs help!
