These guys quoted me a price of 395 on the phone to service my RO unit.
Then told me it was 683 when it was time to bill me because he said he had to put air in my air in tank and it took him an hour to pump up and he needed to charge me an extra hour at $175 so I'm completely confused what was included in the 395
I shouldn't have paid but after arguing with him for five minutes, I just paid anyways
I have used these guys for other services in the past and they are a total rip off I don't use them for anything anymore and the only reason why I used them for this is because i bough the RO system from them and I couldn't find anyone else who would service this RO unit.
I would encourage you not to purchase anything from these guys or use their service

We had 3 appointments scheduled with this company - with the first two being no shows. My husband called each time to see what was going on and he would then be rescheduled. We had an appointment yesterday and I asked my husband to call to confirm they would be here. When he called, he was informed that they wouldn't be out but guaranteed that they could make it today. Well we received a call from the Dispatch Supervisor who then told my husband they would not be coming out because of his ""harrassment"" because he kept calling and they ""flagged"" the account. Say what????? He was calling doing the job they should be doing. What a total and complete joke. I know they are flakey but this just stoops to a whole new level. Pass on this company.

Superior installed a humidifier into a hvac duct.
the unit itself was fine.
problem is the electrical wiring was ran creating a fire hazzard. I called them the next day with no answer, then the next day again , both going to voicemail limbo. No responce till calling home depot services.

Truly ""superior"" service in every way! Efficient, friendly, high quality, great value and price. I've had superior install multiple plumbing and HVAC items including remodeled bathrooms, water softener, new toilets, main water line pressure control valve, compressor, furnace repair, air scrubbers and soon a home generator. They are the best I've seen over 20 years as a home owner with multiple homes and service providers.
I wouldn't use anyone else along the wasatch front now.

Unfortunately, after getting just one other quote for a new air conditioning unit, I discovered just how over-priced and possibly lacking of a company this is. The salesman, whom I scheduled through Costco, was polite and punctual, though at the end he was pushy, encouraging me to close the deal since they offered a 15% Costco member discount. But I hesitated, thinking something didn't feel right.
Fast forward 6 weeks, and our air conditioner breaks. I had used a competing company three years prior and decided to have them come give me a quote. The first thing Brent figured out, after simply reading the side of the air conditioner, was that a new unit not using freeon gas, would not work with our existing blower. He also pointed out that the bid Superior gave us was for a unit that was too large and would freeze. Lastly, the competitor gave us a lower price for both a new A/C unit (at the right size) and a blower.
I encourage everyone considering using this company to get a few quotes before moving forward.

I thought Superior Water and Air was going to be a world class service company. They quoted on replacing my existing A/C 3 ton and adding a split-duct A/C to guest rooms. After the Costco discount they were in the middle of my 3 bids. The sales person Chris H came out with the field supervisor to look over the project. Our sales person Chis said if we upgraded to a 4 ton A/C we would get better airflow and cooling to the open area in the home. NOT SO. Our existing 3 TON did a better job. The split-duct system worked as advertised. Making serveral calls to Superior fell on death ears no return calls, and no post installation calls to see if satisfied. I can not recommend Superior Water and Air. I also did not receive a post installation call from Costco. Very disappointing.

Highly recommended!!! From day one everyone made sure our brand new AC worked efficiently with our furnace. Roger, Gentry, Riley,Tami and especially Angie at this office are so caring and attentive with our families needs. However Bobby babysat us through text and constant calls to make sure we understood everything they were doing with our unit. Thank you Gentry for the portables to help us deal with the weekend. Overall I wouldn't go with any other business. They are so professional and careful with face masks and shoe covers. Attentive to our family's concerns. I was looking for a Home Warranty for my home and I have decided to go with Superior I trust them with my home. Bobby and Tony you guys are amazing and thank you thank you for taking care of us. Major peace of mind especially at this time being quarantined to our home. We had such a great experience with Superior, and are so grateful we chose them to install soft water heater, reverse osmosis, and an ""air scrubber"". Robert did a professional job with installation and we felt very taken care of. My skin and hair feels drastically smoother and more hydrated, I thought that was mostly a myth and now I'm completely converted! Having a new baby, the peace of mind that comes with clean air has been more important than ever. I recommend Superior to everyone!

My condenser fan motor froze so I called them to give me an estimate...they showed up and within 5 minutes confirmed the issue and then quoted me over $600 for the repair. It felt pretty high so I called around and found average rates of $450 to replace it so I went else where. I still had to pay the $80 ""diagnostic fee"" for the 5 mins it took to confirm the issue.
