Warranty service call for a water heater less than two-years old which we purchase at Lowes. We were strung along for almost one week after calling them three times. Ended buying a new water heater from a local plumbing company that responded within one hour!

We had Superior Water & Air install new kitchen plumbing as well as disconnect/reconnect bathroom fixtures for new flooring for our mountain property in Utah. They even moved our claw foot tub. Nikki and Crystal were excellent when communicating with us! All the plumbers were on time, and professional. As this was for our cabin remodel in a remote location, it was a bit of a foreboding/overwhelming task. They all really made it seem easy, and their assistance was appreciated!

This business is terrible!!! They installed a Lennox heating system to the home I purchased in 2016. The system has a ten year warranty, but that doesn't transfer to the new owner! They ran a condenser pump line into my attic through some ""ghetto"" set up with a pvc pipe that failed, leaked and brought down my garage ceiling. When I called them it took them 10 days to come and assess the damage. The guy who came said he had never seen ""anything quite like it before"", and would have to check with his bosses to see what they could do. Then it was multiple phone calls OVER WEEKS to both the St. George and Salt Lake offices with promises of another visit, by the boss! We finally took a vacation and completely shut off our A/C for 2 weeks so further damage wouldn't occur. The ""boss"" - was promised and scheduled to come inspect this disaster on the day we returned home, but when I called to confirm for the FOURTH time he not only no showed, but asked for my e-mail and sent me this:

""Your Price Your Total Service Run a new drain line to the outside of house so no connections in attic ! This customer is not the customer who purchased the equipment ! Unfortunately Warranty is not transferable ! Equipment had a 10 year warranty for parts and a 1 year labor warranty at the time of sale ! However the one year labor is way past and the equpment warranty doesnt transfer ! We can install a new drain line to the outside for $645 and we can recommend victor as someone to help them with their drywall ! 1.00 $645.00 $645.00 Sub-Total $645.00 Tax $0.00 Total $645.00""

I tried writing an e-mail to the company in reply, but what a surprise - their e-mail is as bogus as the quality of their work and supposed service. If you have any other choices go there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

We bought a tankless water heater and had it installed 14 months ago by Superior Water and Air. We recently had a small leak and called them. They have come out 4 times and we still do not have hot water. I call everyday to get a status and no one between the St George and Salt Lake City Offices can tell me when someone can come out and fix it right. I call and they assure me that they will have some one call me right away. I have spoken with Nikki in the Salt Lake city office and Crystal in the St George office with no resolution and status of when they will be back out.

We told the receptionist that answered local phone we were leaving a negative review on yelp and she stated she was sorry to hear that and disconnected. Left message with SLC office and the secretary there said she would pass along the message and didn't hear back. Finally posted a review on google and within a few hours we received a phone call from the district manager who is working hard on fixing the issues.

At this point I don't want to give any stars! We have really been impressed with Superior's customer service in the past, enough so that we had 3 units replaced by them in our home and rental units. The unit in my home, which is 5 years old was barely blowing any air and so they sent a tech out and we were told he had to order a part. 3 weeks later we finally get a couple of guys out to fix it. This, after ZERO phone calls from their office to notify us of why the delay, ZERO calls to say when a part would be in, and we kept having to call to find out what was going on. Last Thursday they finally show up and ""fix"" it, we leave Friday for an overnight trip only to come home and find that it is broken down again. No semi-cool air, no air period. Of course, it's the weekend but we called first thing this morning and were told a tech would be out and now it is 5pm, no one called us and now, of course, they are gone for the day. You guys used to provide good service but sorry to say, I can't recommend your company with the experience we are going through! I understand parts not being available, but no calls to let us know? And then your techs apparently don't check their workmanship because it didn't last 24 hours before breaking down again. If it weren't for the fact that we just spent over $400 getting it worked on, I'd be calling someone else to fix it.
