I called this company over a month ago now, and no one ever called me back. I left a message explaining my well water pressure tank was leaking and we'd most likely need someone to come in a replace the rusted piping, but that I'd like for someone to come take a look at it to tell me for sure what needs to be done. Left my name and phone number and never heard from anyone. I realize plumbers/contractors/landscapers are super swamped right not, but straight blowing people off is not the answer. You can at least acknowledge their phone call with a call-back explaining whether or not you can come out. As it stands now, I will never recommend this company to anyone.

OK, our toilet had been flushing poorly for awhile. Due to the Christmas/New Year Holidays & a bunch of medical appointments it took about 6 weeks for us to call someone in to look at it. It just happened to be Presidents' Day when we decided to call. But who do we call? We did a Goggle Search & then checked - - Yelp. We decided to call Superior. They said they'd be at the house at noon - - yes, they showed up on time.

To make a long story short - - within an hour & a half Mike, our Plumber, had . . . 1) found & fixed the problem; 2) cleaned up; 3) settled our bill.

Oh - - the kids knocked a shower curtain ring (it was an ""S-Ring"") into the toilet. Mike said this happens quite often. Who knew?

FYI - Mike is super knowledgeable & friendly. We felt at ease the whole time.

We had a clogged sewer line due to roots. The Superior Team arrived and within two hours our line was cleaned out of several areas of roots. I would recommend this company. They are efficient, organized and no nonsense.

What can I say? I own a house in Pawcatuck. It's rented. My tenant called to tell me the water heater was leaking. I'm 100 miles away and NOT A PLUMBER. I frantically called around to plumbers in the area I found here on Yelp. I was getting nowhere fast. To my utter amazement, when I got to Kevin, he actually picked up the phone and was available to come in the next couple of hours and just GET THE JOB DONE. I am still completely stunned by this experience. Kevin/Superior is awesome, in my estimation. The work was done quickly, inexpensively and, at the highest level of quality and service. Superior is THE RIGHT name for this business! Thanks Kevin!

Kevin was awesome. He showed up with in an hour because sewage was backing up in the basement. He told us what was wrong and how to prevent it from ever happening again. This was a recurrent issue and the previous plumber didn't tell us how to fix it and charged us more than double to do less. Kevin saved our bacon and even looked at another issue and gave us a fair quote. Will definitely use his services again.

Outrageous and absurd pricing. $1600 to shove a pressure washer hose down our urinal pipe. Doesn't stand behind work. Urinal is still clogged. If we want him to come back we have to pay his $800 FIRST hour minimum. It took us 30 days to have another plumber hook the urinal back up, it did not drain from day 1. His charge to hook it back up was $800. No guarantee outside 30 days. Stated ""it's not worth his time"" to make us satisfied.

I had Kevin snake my drains this spring . He recommended a power cleaning because of the age of my house . He said with a power cleaning I would not have to have it done again for several years but just snaking would require an annual visit. Less than 6 months have past and I am having the same problem . I called Kevin and he said I'd have to pay him again. Really ? This guy is bogus Now he. Las my problems are structural. They weren't structural when I paid him $800 to power clean on his recommendation
