was totally not impressed about the service as quality . They did a shower installation and the hot water is minimum didnt even check it . Then they needed to change my bathroom vanity and send 1 guy who needs to take the old one away and do the new one . I send them walking this is no service at all !!! not happy with them go somewhere else

No recommendations from me. My management company hired them to come to the rental and fix a leak. They were no shows , no calls , 2 times. 2 days sat around both days and 4 hour window slots each time. 0 stars from me!

I have used Superior for YEARS. Like ten. Something seems to have gone wrong with these guys, and they really let me down. I'll never use them again. Long story short, the last 12 months their quality has really lagged. It was to the point where someone else had to come out and fix a system they didn't successfully fix. I asked the owner, Dave, whom I know pretty well, to reimburse me and he ignored my email. Not satisfactory! I have spent probably $30k on numerous systems over the years since I am a landlord. I am giving these folks a 2 instead of a 1 because they did *try* to fix it, they just didn't succeed, and as I said I had to pay money to another HVAC outfit to get it fixed in the end. p.s. note how many reviews I have done over the years, all four of their other reviewers have completed very few actual reviews. Makes you think!

I have been using Superior for servicing my heat pump for more than ten years. Superlative: perhaps the best, most reliable trades service I have ever gotten, anywhere. Unfortunately, our house was hit hard by Hurricane Matthew. Superior jumped right in, assessed the damage to our heat/ac system, and coordinated all the work necessary to put it good order. Once again, superb, responsive, friendly, organized, and on time. I can't recommend Superior any more highly. The men and women there are like family.

After 2 odd experiences, to say the least, (bad experiences to put it more appropriately) with other Heating and Air companies, we reached out to Superior Air. Superior was helpful and understanding from the first phone call and came out to give a 2nd opinion at no charge (after one company pulled our power and then never came back, and another I had a flag about for reasons beyond what seemed to be a ridiculously high estimate for repair). Sure enough, Superior gave us a quote that was hundreds of dollars LESS than the other flagged place and explained everything in detail, unlike the other place. From the dispatch and billing gals (Melissa and Anita), to the Technicians (Matt & Reed) to the Service Manager (David) we felt we were being dealt with honestly by a caring team of true professionals who performed with excellence and know what it means to provide the type of customer service that will win them new, loyal customers (which seems to be horribly lacking on the Island). Needless to say, they won our business and once the new part we needed was in, they were, again, on time (a bit early in fact) and we had our AC back in working order within an hour. They have now also won our confidence, our deep appreciation and loyal customers for as long as we live here. Thanks to a great team!
