Kudos to Superior Service for their outstanding service on installing our new hot water heater. I called 5-6 other companies and most could not commit to helping me at 1pm on a Friday afternoon. Not these guys. They did a remote evaluation with photos and details on our existing system and brought their A-Game and a brand new unit within 90 minutes to my home. Last year I spoke with an employee in July/august over the phone in regards to a service/maintenance contract, my card was never billed and no one ever came out during 2014. In 2015 they started billing my card and have not preformed any kind of service, had to cancel my card and issue a dispute since I called the company and no one ever called me back. Poor way to do business and steal someone's hard earned money.

Perhaps a good service company . But find another for repair . They will just want to sell you something new vs go the extra mile to find out if item is under warranty for a repair. Even funnier when they reply on Yelp they don't have a record of you .. 2 homes serviced with them..

This company is far preferable to the big name in town with lots of ads (reflected in its prices). I had my dryer vents cleaned today. Brandon arrived well within the timeframe given. ...and was wearing a mask. He was courteous and professional. I also appreciated getting an appointment quite promptly, not weeks down the road. Brandon took time to explain to me their service agreements. I will be going with this company.
