Guy showed up didn't know what to do. Called boss he told me he would be over at 10:00 next day. He never showed up I called 3 hours later said his guy called in sick but didn't call me. He told me then that he would call me back he never called and won't answer my call. Never seen such poor business.

I don't appreciate that you came into my home with muddy boots, didn't take them off, and walked through the entire home leaving a trail everywhere.. extremely inconsiderate. The problems you were hired to address are still not fixed.

After waiting all day for you to come jet flush our septic line, Todd spent 1/2 of the 20 minutes he was here putting down the septic service that recommended you because they had a family emergency. Then he charged us $259.00 for the service which is $750.oo and hour to stand on our enclosed porch and flush it after we had down all the work to get it ready for him. upon asking if we could be billed he said it would be $300.00 then so we could ask about your exorbitant charges. This is based on the fact last winter we had some one out in a blizzard for an hour and 1/2 and it was only $150.00.
