Called and spoke to Maria was very kind and got me scheduled for that day faster than expected and they sent Jimmy out who was knowledgeable and able to work in my budget and explain everything that was going and any issues he found when doing the repair he told me immediately and explained so I could understand why it's relevant and was great with my dog! They got the job done at the price they said they would, and their work passed inspection with the city. However, there were multiple unexplained delays, and they caused thousands of dollars in damages to freshly installed and painted walls that were placed just days before they destroyed them, leaving a huge mess, and all without consulting me.

They were supposed to coordinate installation times with my other contractor who was installing the drywall and painting the wall and floor, and I was assured via phone call that the new walls would not be in the way before they were placed, only to discover the significant damages they did to my newly-painted wall afterwards. A big reason I trusted this company with the work is because they assured me they could get in without damaging the kitchen tiles like another estimate I received from another plumber indicated, so finding $2000+ in completely avoidable damages elsewhere in their wake was certainly disappointing.

If you want the job done right, can stay on top of communicating with them frequently, are able to wait weeks after their initial promised date to start, and can be there to ensure they're not causing any additional damages, go for it.

Joe Dugo replaced a toilet and spotted a bad rubber washer. Went to the store to get a replacement. He made sure it was securely screwed in and everything worked properly. Caulked the base and asked how it looked (we aren't picky and want to make sure it does its purpose). Joey did a great job and takes pride in making sure it works and looks good (per the customer's preference if needed).

Since this was handled through rental management, no comment on $, but I highly recommend their services!
