They came twice concerning a wet spot that appeared on our ceiling and "fixed" it twice. After the second time they "fixed' it we went downstairs to find water pouring out of a light fixture and huge 1" deep reservoir of water all over our dining room floor. There receptionist response to this was noncommittal and said that they might be able to get back to us in a week. The moral of the story is DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE GUYS.

I had my water heater replaced through my home warranty shortly after I moved into my house. It took about a little over a week to even get them to come out but we weren't in dire straights. There were two guys that showed up, one who sat on a bucket and told another guy what to do the entire day. They showed up a few hours late and spent several hours at the house replacing the tank. They replaced the water heater and left a ton of sediment piled in our grass near the front door.

Now almost a year later the cold water intake pipe is leaking and there is no warranty for that work. I get it and I can't fault them for that but I called on a Sunday and they refused to send anyone out. On Monday i got in touch with them and they said they would charge 200 for just coming out. So much for being on call for the weekend and not charging for trip fees and what not.

Our second bathroom was backed up and after a disastrous experience with RotoRooter we called this company to fix the problem. The techs showed up on time and were friendly and efficient - they solved the blockage without any issues whatsoever. It's great to find plumbers who know what they're doing and I'd have no hesitation in using them again for any future plumbing issues.

I asked them to come out and cap off a gas line in my kitchen. Two men came quickly, did not tell me their names, did the work in five minutes...and presented me with a bill for $220. $25 for parts, $195 for labor. I complained. They apparently have a one hour minimum for labor, have to drive out, have to "stay competitive," etc, etc.

I called them back to ask them if the pilot light was back on. They didn't know. I asked them if they knew what kind of pilot I had. They didn't know and didn't walk around the house to check. I dismissed them and called someone more reliable.

Superior rooter is awesome. They are so prompt to rewspond and committed to excellence, it's refreshing. We had a water leak and they arrived within an hour and found the leak and repaired it. They did a thourough job of testing after the leak to make sure water pressure was right. They gave me a fair price, spoke to my insurance adjuster and really alleviated all fears I had about the issue. What a greta bunch of guys!.
