these guys are such bullshitters. Came at me like used car salesmen, telling me how bad i needed to get a storage tank on my property, estimate for the smallest tank was $7-10k!! What's up with the 3k. Price diff too! My neighbors have water at 15' with a 16' deep well. I have a 35 foot well! I'm at 50 feet above sea level! I told em I'm not running out anytime soon and DONT NEED a storage tank. They said ""not true we have customers that are out of water with 150' deep well"" all sassy too! I asked where? Up on a high ridge? He says yeah... wow. Do these guys think everyone is an idiot?! I asked about water testing while they were here, said we're not sure what the test covers but I'll ask owner and get back to you tonight or in the am. NEVER heard back, paid my bill and sent a note saying hey, wonder what your test actually tests for, please call
and let me know. Payment goes through no call. 2 weeks or
more later they show up out of the blue (I jhad asked them to call
before coming on my property) with a little jar saying ""hey we're here to take a water sample to test your wateR"" I say ok great what does it test for? "" oh everything! Anything that's in your water the test will tell you!"" Really? I'm interested to know if there's pesticides or poisons, my neighbors have been up to some nasty shit like gopher kill
pellets and round up
and I wanna know how safe my water is.... He swears up
and down ""yep it will tell you! "" the other guy brings out another customers report and shows me what it tests for, basically PH and PPM!!! Calcium iron magnesium and about 10 other elements and that's it! These guys are after your money and don't know what the hell they are talking about. Customer service sucks. I'm told they are swimming in requests and job orders yet don't hire staff to run the Buis efficient. they go after the easy $
beware! Pretty much the MO for service here on the coast but seriously watch these guys

I had a new pump and pressure tank installed in October 2020. Service was great, I'm happy. May 2021 my pump is switching off an on. Some kid comes out, puts a new foot valve on, turns up the pressure. Never checked anything else.

So now it's July and my all my new equipment stops working. No water, and I have an Airbnb with guests in it. It's after business hours, so I call an emergency plumber. He doesn't want to do anything, because it was obvious the last service call caused the problem. He takes pictures and videos the flooded mess. Does a temporary fix until Superior can get out and fix the problem their OWN employee caused.
The guy that did the original install (not the kid who replaced the valve) comes out the next day. FIRST THING HE SAYS is YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED For THIS.
Then he calls the owner, who comes out and looks at the flooded mess. All new gaskets and pressure switch installed.
Owner tells me straight to my face he'll have his guys put salt pellets in my brine tank. Up and running.All good.

I pay for the emergency plumbing call.

No show with the salt pellets. I call the office and am told specifically ONLY WATER outage calls are being addressed, so I say fine, I'll do it myself. So WTF..why did the owner even tell me this? I do it myself.

Refund my guests in the Airbnb for two days.

SO TODAY I GET A BILL. In ADDITION TO A BILL FOR the kid that came and caused the problem to begin with, who is no longer with the company.
Charging me for everything, including the salt in my brine tank WHICH THEY NEVER SHOWED UP WITH.

I call the office and tell the girl in billing that I wasn't supposed to be charged. She says"" well then who is supposed to be charged ""? I am floored by the snotty Attitude.
This is the last straw. I'm done with this town, done with the crappy business ethics just because they can.. Any kind of service here is a fight, and more than not, you get stood up, ghosted or lied to..
I know I have, and It's a damn shame.
The owner is supposed to call me to discuss. I'll keep you posted. This should be charged to the warranty. The pressure switch was faulty. It should have been replaced to begin with NOT TURNED UP.

Very dependable and efficient well service. After years of neglect of my well Superior Pump did an evaluation and upgrade. They did not try to oversell the necessary repairs but I decided to fix everything they reported. Ever since that time they have maintained my well and I have never had another problem. The regular maintenance is scheduled by their office - effortless.

Superior Pump has saved us twice from water outages.

First, a few years ago, we had a fried circuit board that controls the float switch in our water tank. Our huge water tank was empty. On a Friday afternoon they arrived an hour after we called, had a water truck put water in our tank to get us water immediately, and then replaced the circuit board within a couple hours into Friday evening.

Second, yesterday, we had a busted pressure tank, so no water in the house. Again, on a late Friday afternoon, they arrived within a couple hours of our call, and completed a complicated fix in the dark of night.

Always friendly and professional, and extremely skilled at diagnosing and repairing water system problems.

They are our heroes.
