Husband called owner stated hot water not coming out of faucet. Owner decided to write up a work order to replace a hot water valve without looking at the faucet or home. Techs came were at the house 15 minutes checked valves and faucet, said they would be back with parts to repair the issues. Left and were gone for over an hour came back, was there for another 15 minutes (replaced a valve that leaked only if not positioned correctly) then tells my husband, we can't fix your faucet you need to get a new one and we will install it for you... that will be $367... my husband said no have the owner call us.
No price before work, work order mailed to us not detailed, said they were at our home for 1.5 hours and the ball valve is 5$ at Lowe's. Period.
I attempted to call owner, he instead had tech call me after I spoke with him. Then they threaten us with filing in court if not paid. Called and spoke to Jill in the office, rude rude rude.
When trying to explain our biggest concern is the fact your tech didn't provide a single quote for work prior to completing it and then didn't even fix the issue we called in for and spoke about in person../ then to be so inflated on the price and time... I explained I had to go replace the faucet myself and that yes the valve would leak if not positioned correctly but that was NOT our issue when hiring them. She graciously discounted .5 hour of work and then stated ""can you do me a favor... never call us again since you know how to fix everything"" ... you can imagine my colorful ending before disconnecting...
Per other reviews... this is something they are known for and good at... ripping people off, replacing things that don't solve the problems and jacking the price up on the client. Maybe if they focused on being a decent customer service and skilled worker they would keep clients.
Shame on Jill, shame on the Tom and the tech... can't blame him, he is probably being Led in that direction by the leadership to act and operate that way.
The absolute worst... you can keep your half hour discount, it's insulting
I hired this company because we had a leak in our kitchen. They came three separate times- the first time they took our dishwasher out and said the hose needed to be ordered and replaced. Charged us $300. Second set of people come a week later and know nothing about ordering parts, go out that day and buy the hose and replace it. They also charge us and replace additional part that the first people removed and put in a weird place and we could not find. Charged us $500. I call the business and ask them to finish the job as the dishwasher is still leaking and parts have not been put back on. They come out a third time and inform us that there are holes chewed in the back of the dishwasher and that we'll likely need to order a new dishwasher. I've asked for our money back for failing to diagnose the problem on the first visit and the owner says he will call me back and doesn't. The latest call he told me this was not a plumbing issue I should have called an ""appliance person"" and hung up the phone on me. So to summarize we have a still broken dishwasher and have paid $800 for nothing. These people are scam artists looking to charge you for every little thing and clearly do not care that they do a decent job. The owner has terrible customer service skills and I am reporting this business to the BBB.
Not good for small household jobs. They change 200 dollars an hour with two hour minimum. When they couldn't fix my toilet they just said get a new toilet. Still wanted almost 500 dollars though.Owner got very irritated when I reminded him that the toilet didn't leak before they started working on it. Very unpleasant experience.
Superior Plumbing is the team I use for all my plumbing business needs. I have found them in every instance to be expedient, timely and professional - from the admin office staff and owner to the plumbers on-site. I can count on them - and do! I strongly recommend them for any customer.

Jessica P.I called yesterday based on recommendations from the Nextdoor app that they were able to come out quicker than other companies and I needed someone to come out sooner rather than later. I had the bathroom floor replaced and when the company went to put the toilet back, determined that the valves attached to it were old and should be replaced (and we decided to get the ones on our pedestal sink replaced also since they were likely old as well) and it needed to be done by a professional plumbing company. I called and was quoted $163 plus parts by the woman on the phone. I told her I would call her back after I spoke to my husband. I was told to ask her if that included putting the toilet and sink back once the valves were replaced when I called back, which I did and she said yes. I asked how they know what valves to get and she said he would come by, look at them, go to the store and get the parts and come back to do the work. What I was clearly not told was that the cost was actually $163 per hour and that includes his time to and from the store plus a $28 service charge which was not mentioned at all. I appreciate that they were able to come the next day (although I was also told 8:30-9am they would arrive and they were here at 10:30am), but I do not appreciate being scammed over the phone to get my service by not disclosing their price is per hour and that's going to include however many times the plumber goes to and from the store because he needs extra parts - I had all the parts that had been on the sink for years and were working, but he determined that one of my extension pieces was too short and he needed a longer one - so I paid the extra time for that trip as well. I did ask for extra work while he was here - one of my other toilets wasn't flushing properly - I asked him if he had time and if it was an easy fix, if he could do it. We talked about price and he said it would be about 15-20 minutes extra plus parts and quoted me roughly $80-$90 extra. Now once I got the bill that was $250 more than I was expecting and I asked him how and he told me it's $163 per hour, I told him that is not what I was told over the phone. He proceeded to tell me that the receptionist had done that before. So I called the company and a man answered (I'm assuming the owner). I explained the situation and he said the woman was on speaker phone so her heard her tell me $163. Then later, after some arguing about how long the plumbers were here (because they had to go to and from the store twice) when I said I don't appreciate being scammed to get my service, he changed his story to say he heard her say $138/hr plus a $28 service charge. So now the price has changed and the service charge has been added. He then asked me if I thought they should work for free. Of course not, however, and what I told him in my response is that I expect to get an honest quote when I call. As I was explaining how they should make sure their receptionist is quoting the correct price to customers because that is a huge difference, he hung up on me. Had the owner not yelled at me and changed his story over the phone and then proceed to hang up on me, this could have been handled appropriately, but he did both of those things and no one else should have to deal with being overcharged or that type of horrible customer service.

They fixed a major leak in my ceiling coming from old pipes in a 100-year-old house They did an outstanding job in short order. I called at 7:30 a.m. and they were here at 8:30 a.m. So so happy with this company and their work AND the price. I have plumbers for life!
