We had a suspicious leak in our family room and assumed the master bath toilet was the culprit. Within two hours of calling Superior technician Mitchell M. showed up. Mitchell was professional and efficient and did a great job removing and installing a new toilet and evaluating the issue. He was willing to answer all kinds of questions, too, so I was able to learn about our new (old) home's systems. Highly recommend.

Oh wow what a disappointing experience with superior plumbing services... We called them to come out about a gas leak to our house and the technician took a look at it and decided that he couldn't do it... After telling me that he was going to charge me over $800 just to test the inside of the house... After the gas company had already pinpointed the leak on the outside. So then he tells me that you know you can probably get it done cheaper elsewhere and then proceeded to charge me for a service call for a service that they did not perform and then left. Wow we will not ever be using the service ever again, and we will never recommend them to anyone.
