Initial set up went very well; however, once scheduled I left work early and at my expense to meet the tech for a scheduled appointment, but he failed to arrive or call, and no call was received from the ""dispatcher."" After reaching the ""dispatcher"" she said he was on another job and suggested I call the tech directly, which I did, but had to leave a voicemail, which I did. Thirty minutes later the ""dispatcher"" left a voicemail to call in, and when I did so I was told no techs were available until the next morning. I dropped the service request and am looking elsewhere.

We needed a whole new septic system and collected quotes from several companies that our engineer recommended. We chose to go with Superior and we were not disappointed. Phil and Sean and their team were fantastic; very professional and really cared about the quality of the work. Once the system was in Sean came over on a Saturday and spent several hours distributing new top soil over the leach field, like it was his own property.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a major plumbing job.

We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom, and we were thinking it was going to be a big deal. We didn't know who to call. I googled local plumbers, and Superior's reviews were so good, that we made an appointment. Jake came on time, was considerate, discovered the issue (much more simple than we thought!) and that was that!! Couldn't be happier, and Superior's card is now on the refrigerator! Sure nice to know that personal, polite and valuable service still exists! And local!

I'm so disappointed in this company! I had a problem with my shower valve. They replaced it with a $99 valve, removed the connector for my handheld shower spray, which was never replaced and I now have an incomplete job which I payed over $1000.00 for. Terrible customer service for a local company!

Not many people are blessed with 2 major plumbing catastrophes in 2 short months but these guys truly saved us on both. We had a cracked sewage pipe that was dumping all over our basement, and needed to be replaced all the way out to our street; then our hot water heater split completely open and was geysering water all over our basement. These guys handled both incredibly quickly, and professionally - they are extremely responsive and produce quality work at a fair price. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I live in Bloomfield NY. And you are correct, this is outrageous - outrageously bad service. What is even more outrageous is that you never responded to my quality compaint in the first place - forcing me to go to Yelp to get your attention. It's no wonder so many Yelp users rate you so poorly. Instead of asking me to contact you about this - you go on the attack and deny it ever happened - I honestly don't know how you stay in business. I only wish there was a zero rating on Yelp because that's what you'd get from me.

A+ staff and service. Phil, Corey and Tony are all excellent. They have identified or corrected plumbing issues quickly. Phil rescued me from me from frozen water lines and a failing sump pump. Tony identified things I should monitor with my plumbing to avert future issues. Corey corrected a pump issue quickly. Highly recommended.

Lied about pricing. We were told $350 by the manager. When the work was done we were charged $490. When I tried to dispute it the manager told the employee he quoted me $350-400 which was a lie. I would not use them again due to this. Unsure of the quality of the work since it was just done. Technician was friendly.

Awesome service. They showed up within 2 hours of calling and fixed some serious issues very quickly and for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone and will gladly use them for any future needs.
