Oh boy, am I glad I found Superior Plumbing! I have used them in the past and I knew could count on them. I tired to do a repair on the shower in the master bedroom and naturally I screwed it up. As a side note just let me say just because someone put a video of what you want to do on Youtube and it looked easy it just might not be. I wanted to change the cartridge on my wife's side of the shower. I did just as I saw on the video, however the cartridge was stuck in the valve body and wouldn't budge. While trying to get it unstuck I broke off the stem that holds on the shower handle. Luckily the shower valve as in the off position so I waited until morning to call Superior. I called Superior and Jamie came by in about an hour. He looked at the job and tried to reassure me, at the same time letting me know what would happen if he couldn't undo what I screwed up. After about 1 1/2 hours he was able to carefully drill out the part without causing any damage to the valve body. It took a lot of skill to do what he did and I am glad I called Superior again!

I called Superior Plumbing to fix a shower leak that was getting worse by the hour. They responded same day in the late afternoon. Came to the house, pulled apart the fixture, and determined the part that was necessary. The next morning, Dustin called to say he had obtained the part in Garden Grove and would be there in an hour to install it. Dustin installed the part by 9:00 am and the shower was back up and running in less than 24 hours. The price was fair for all the running around they had to do to find the part and the quick fix. Great service, courteous and responsive. Would definitely use again.

Jeff came out to our house on 12/15/14 and he was so amazing. He answered all of our dumb questions and diagnosed everything and replaced anything we needed. The greatest part? The parts and service call were COMPLETELY reasonably priced.

I called them for an emergency job and they responded promptly. The office had the technician call me and we went through what needed to be done and he showed up for what needed to be done; a leaking pipe that could have caused thousands in damages.

One hour later and only $165 out of pocket the pipe was cut and replaced and there was no longer a leak.

I'm not sure if they work after hours but when I needed them during the day they came through!

I had a toilet issue last week and spoke to George. I was surprised how helpful and informative he was. He talked me through to the things I could do first. I dealt with others before and they weren't this helpful and they just want to schedule you right away. Anyway, Jamie came to help me with my problem. He was punctual and like George, very informative. Like most reviews they will not try to sell you anything you don't need and they guarantee their work.

I want to start off by saying i live in pomona, ca and we recently bought a house in 2011 and have been having some problems with back up mainly the toilets and occasionally the showers will start backing up as well but we would just rent a snake and do it ourselves but recently this has not resolved the issue and we are having problems it seems like once a month. To make a long story short we had a plumber come out and camera the main line approx a month and a half ago and come to find out we need to have a portion of our main line replaced so to save money my husband had his unlicensed friend do the job which he did tell us we will probably have to replace the whole main line. well on Monday 10/27/14 we had some backup again. I was desperately looking online on yelp for a five star plumber to come out and found 5 stars next to ""SUPERIOR PLUMBING"". i read the review and was going to hire them to come out and give me an estimate. I called the number and George answered the phone i explained our situation and asked if they service the Pomona area and he told me ""NO"" i was very disappointed but George was willing to tell me what might be wrong and he answered all my questions so he basically gave me a free consultation over the phone he was so helpful!!! George heard the disappointment in my voice and the cry for help as i felt i had no where else to turn he told me he would call around and see if he can find someone in the area to come out. About 3 hours later he surprisingly called me back ( I SAY SURPRISINGLY BECAUSE PEOPLE JUST DONT CARE ANYMORE) and told me he could not find anybody so he was going to send someone from Superior even though they do not service this area and that someone would be out w/in the hour. I was so impressed with his willingness to serve people thats why i am writing this review just for all his efforts he did not have to do that for me. SUPERIOR PlUMBING is truly out to help the community they are truly ""SUPERIOR""!!!
