I had a shower valve that was not closing off and water continuing to run. Old plumbing was failing, so I called Superior Plumbing and explained the problem to ""George"". He was very detailed in explaining the correction steps to repair the leak. He sent a plumber right out to start the repair. "" Will"" arrived and first tried to replace the valve's core but it was locked into the brass housing. After several attempts to extract it, it was decided the entire brass valve needed to be replaced.$$$$ 1,350.00 replacement cost. Then we cut a hole through the back side of the wall for access and the valve was replaced.
Then, the bathroom sink started running water and would not close off. What timing and luck ""Will"" had all of the replacement parts in his truck. Installed a new matching sink valve and replaced all the water supply lines and close-off valves for the sink. Lots of work and $1,854.00 for the total repair and parts included.. George and Will did a great job, no leaks and the Wife's happy again. The only one crying is my credit card. $1,854.00.

We had what we thought was a minor plumbing problem that was a major one when Superior Plumbing came to take a look. Will came out to our place and took care of not only what we called about but other little things as well that improved our standard of living. He was incredibly friendly and understanding as well as clean and professional. I called Superior Plumbing Services for service, Will came and did an excellent job. I have dealt with Will for years and he has always been very professional and honest for his services.

I was informed by So Cal Gas that I had a severe gas leak in the front of my house. They shut my gas off until repaired. My first call was to Superior Plumbing (a mistake). Will came out to take a look and I could see he did not want to do the job. He quoted me a price 4 times that of any other plumber who I subsequently called. He, then, charged me an estimate fee of $98 which I stupidly paid. If this is they way Superior runs their business, stay away.

Update: Received a call from George, the owner, after viewing this review. He stated he will discuss this situation with Will to determine what happened. He appreciated knowing this occurred because his company does not operate like this. He reimbursed the $98.
