Our garbage disposal went out and we needed an air gap for our dishwasher installed, and Jeff came out the next morning (a few hours after we contacted Superior, fully masked and all) to address the issues. He talked me through various options to make what we needed done work with the ""creative"" plumbing the prior owners had done, and recommended a cost effective solution. He could have charged much more for more expensive options, but was honest and didn't try to take advantage of my naïveté with regards to plumbing. I definitely recommend Superior!

Jamie came to my house today to install my new garbage disposal. While doing the job he pointed out our faucet had froze on one side and I needed a new one. Funny thing, Lowes just installed it about 6 months ago and apparently did a crappy job...
Any how, if Jamie wasn't as pleasant and as knowledgable as he was, I would of felt like I was being ripped off...

Definately will recommend him and the company in the future.

I used Superior almost 10 years ago and was impressed, so I them first to have our water heater repaired or replaced. The same owner -George -answered and said the same plumber -Jamie- would call me to arrange the job. Literally 2 minutes later Jamie was on his way. No pressure or upseilling B.S. -they give it to you straight and let you decide the option. In this case it made more sense to replace. Jamie went to the shop to pick up the appropriate heater and had it in the same afternoon. There is something to be said about consistent, long-term companies and the folks at Supeior are just that. No stress and everything is up to current code!

I called superior plumbing at 11pm on Friday night expecting to get answering machine/service. To my great surprise George picked up the phone. My kitchen drain backed up that night after dinner. Jamie was dispatched to my house the next morning and by 9am he's done, problem solved.

Our water heater had reached the end of its 17 year life and started leaking, so it was time for a replacement, so naturally, we called Superior Plumbing because of the excellent service we had received previously. It was July 4th weekend, but thankfully Jamie was willing to come out and take a look. He drained and took out the old water heater and replaced it with a new one in within a few hours and we were up and running with hot water! Jamie was very knowledgeable and talented and I commend him for that. He also mentioned that our water regulator was defective and needed to be replaced because it may lead to slab leaks. I didn't fully understand it, but I trusted his judgment and scheduled for his return in the following week.

Jamie came and replaced the water regulator. That night, after the work was completed, we noticed that the shower water pressure was significantly lower, as well as washing dishes would take twice as long due to the lower volume of water. I was not expecting this side effect so we called Jamie again. He came the next day and inspected all the faucets and showers and concluded that they were functioning properly. However, we were still not happy because it felt like we were paying for a downgrade.

After much arguing with Jamie and George (over the phone), Jeff and Jamie came one more time to solve the problem once and for all. They went through each shower and adjusted them until we got the water pressure that we were satisfied with. They also found a kink in the hosing for the kitchen sink, which is why we had lower water pressure, especially for the hot water. After all their hard work, we had as good water pressure as we had before! They explained that we had gotten accustomed to the high water pressure from our previous failed water regulator and with the functioning water regulator, we were experiencing lower water pressure. However, they made modifications inside so that we could enjoy the same water pressure as before but at a level that complies with the state regulation.

Jamie, Jeff, and George are excellent plumbers and are very concerned with customer satisfaction. They went the extra mile when the customer (me) was not happy and made sure that we were. I also apologize for any difficulties that you had experienced when working with us.

Jamie did a wonderful job today. He was extremely knowledgeable about the problem and quick got our water back up and running after going a day without water to our home. His work was impeccable. Professionally done and quick. The price was also exactly what I was quoted. I would highly recommend this company hands down. They replied quickly, sent a technician within a couple of hours and handled the problem efficiently.
