I found Superior Plumbing Services through yelp. My Rheem tankless water heater was giving error code. Rheem customer service was not helpful. Will fixed the problem and George the manager was very pleasant to deal with. Will was friendly, explained everything and worked on the tank and it was still giving error code so I thought it wasn't fixed, however, after a few days error code stopped. It's been over a month now without any issues so I'm confident it's fixed. I'd definitely recommend these guys. These guys picks up calls or calls you back in a reasonable time.

Just purchased a condo, my toilet clogged for a long time. I called around, everyone was nice giving me a quote but George took the time to quote me step by step- what each step will cost. He walked me through the unclogging without charging over the phone. I will definitely use him for future issues - He was honest about the cost and not general and seemed really caring. Thank you!!

We had a leak in our water spigot in the front yard and also the shut off valve that was attached to it. Superior was able to give us a quote via email, which was great. The plumber arrived early and was knowledgeable when answering my questions. He did a perfect job. It was a small job, so I appreciate the care he took in doing it well. Mostly, he was a polite, friendly and decent guy. I will definitely call for future work and recommend to neighbors!

Water Heater ignition control was bad , unable to lit it automatically.
Called them and quoted prices on the phone, owner was clear on the steps and what if conditions.
Within few hours , same day , Jamie quickly replaced with new water . Overall happy , so far new issues.

Called Superior Plumbing for a pipe leak on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. They sent Will to evaluate of the problem: a slab leak!

Will was able to diagnose and isolate the problem pipe and he called out a team of experts to control the property damage (emergency restoration services) and implement a resolution (epoxy pipe lining). Will and the broader team did a fantastic job working through the weekend to mitigate the impact and have my plumbing back up and running in the shortest time possible.

We wanted to replace our electric stove top with gas and needed professional help. We called several plumbers and received estimates for the work but Superior Plumbing stood out from all the others. In speaking with George (the owner) on the phone, he asked great questions and freely shared information that helped us understand the complexities of the project so we knew what options we had. Will was the technician that came to our house and carefully assessed the project without rushing through or making quick decisions (unlike others) so we decided to go ahead with the work.

Will returned at a later date to do the installation of the gas line and he was very careful to make sure everything was to code plus he answered all of my endless questions. The final result (running the line from the gas meter versus a ""T"" from an existing line) was the right decision and we are now happily cooking our meals on the new gas stove top. We are very thankful for the opportunity to work with George and Will --- two very smart, personable and professional men.

i lost gas supply to my house and jeff correctly predicted a gas line leak that allowed water into the line and blocked the flow of gas. he helped me get a service to locate the leak and then effected a repair of my line after clearing the water.

this required 3 visits so i was very happy to have someone knowledgeable and reliable help me.
