I called them Monday and this morning ( Tuesday) they called back and told me they could come this evening but would be after hours . They were booked solid through January with this hard freeze. Around 1 ish I was called and advised that there was someone who could come now .. he came right over and is working on replacing the frozen busted pipes already .... Very friendly and very professional. I'll update as soon as the job is done but so far so good !
