Had a leak in my house, called the answering service. Call was returned and plumber said he would be at my house the next afternoon. Never showed up, never called to say he wasn't coming. Stayed in my house waiting from 12 noon until 7:30 pm. He is now fired!

Called knowing it would be next week for a plumber by 11:00 had water cut off and estimate had to let yard dry up some by 4:00 Friday afternoon all fixed. Very reasonable priced extremely friendly cleaned up. I will never use another plumber. A+++++++++

I tried multiple times to call to have a leaked repaired. Every time I call I am asked to hold and then immediately hung up on. Obviously they don't need any work. Keep looking somewhere else because they don't care about customers.

I was in a bind. 2 days till Christmas and family coming In from out of town to stay several days. And my sewer system started acting up. I searched online for plumbers that service our area. I went down the list and everyone was either booked or not coming out because it was too close to the holiday and they didn't want to get into something that could take them awhile to fix (because on the phone I had to tell them that I had no idea what the problem was). When I reached Superior Plumbing the lady that answered was so nice and was sympathetic to my issue. She said she would try to get someone out there today to look at it but couldn't guarantee that they would be able to fix it today. That sounded reasonable to me. About 2 hours later the owner (Ray) showed up and within two hours had my problem fixed. I will WITHOUT A DOUBT use these guys again for ANY plumbing issue I may encounter. I wish there were more than 5 stars. I'd give them double that.

Ray recently replaced my hot water heater. He was very knowledgeable and reasonable in his pricing. He returned my calls and answered all my questions in a timely manner and he stood behind the price he gave on his initial estimate. He was also very down to earth and easy to deal with and didn't talk down to me like many contractors tend to do when dealing with a woman. I will only use Superior Plumbing for my future plumbing needs and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled plumber who is dedicated to being ethical and providing excellent service.
