This company was responsive to an emergency water leak situation but that is where the positive ends. They overcharged for absolutely horrible work that now has to be repaired by another company. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

It is currently Wednesday evening. This past Friday evening my gas boiler stopped working and 2reps from this company responded in good time and told me it was broken and leaking and needed replacement. For a sum of 8900 plus tax. It was 6 degrees outside. I was granted a loan by internet. On Saturday, 2 people came to install the new boiler 12pm-700pm. It was 2 degrees that night. Only one zone of heat was working, and would not reach a temperature above 65 degrees. I called the office and reported itThe other zone did not function at all. I called the office and was told that she would give ""him"" the message. On Sunday around 11am a repairman came and said that he had to remove air from the line and heat was back on. 19 degrees that night. Monday morning I smelled gas . Gas company responded, said I had a bad leak , shut the boiler down and placed a violation card on it. Again I contacted the office and was told the message would be relayed. I requested a call back, there was none. My subsequent calls went to voicemail. Tuesday around 1200pm workmen returned, and heat was turned back on, later after they left, I smelled gas again, gas company responded, found a leak, and gas employee participated in the call to the office confirming there was a leak. Violation card was back in effect. Wednesday all of my calls went to voicemail with the exception of one conversation I had with the man who installed the boiler at around 1130am, who said that he would come this day. I was also asked what was on the violation card that was attached to the boiler when he came on Tuesday, the gas company indicated where they found the leak on the card. All calls to the office have gone to voicemail. He has not come or called since this morning, I've been deprived of heat since Friday, it is now Wednesday night, temps to go to 28 degrees later. I'm hoping I can return here and give a positive update
