Victoria B.I have used superior a lot in the past and they were great. This time I was very disappointed in them. I had a clog in the main pipe from the sink to the outside. The gentleman came and fixed it but left me to put my washer and dryer back in place and no clean up. Then it was t until after I paid and he left that I really looked at the bill. There was a $99 destination fee! Just to come to the house cost me $99! This is crazy because I paid $110 per hour in labor. Quite sad that these guys have gone this way with charges.
I scheduled a plumber from this company to come and replace a portion of a cracked bathroom drain line. I was perfectly fine with the plumber saying they did not allot enough time for him to get the job done, so we rescheduled. While he was there (45 minutes) he did an assessment of what was needed to get done as well as taking several photos. He came back 2 days later. Spent the first 1/2 hour doing another assessment? I stayed out of his way, but did provide some rags for him in the bathroom, if needed. After about an hour I heard him talking while he was doing some work in the
basement. I went down thinking he as talking to me. Not the case. He was on a personal phone call. Nice. After about 3 1/2 hours he said he was ""all done"" and started gathering his tools, etc. I went up to the bathroom to put everything back into place and clean the area he was working at. I noticed water coming out at the base of the toilet. I called it to his attention. His response was ""there was water on the floor when I reinstalled the toilet"". ??? Why didn't you use the rags I left there for you? He said to flush the toilet when he got back down to the basement. I did. He came back up saying ""guess I need to start over"". He said there was water dripping on the floor. I'm not at all impressed or pleased that I was charged the extra time.
Jim S.This company has done nothing well by my daughters horse barn. After her barn was blown away by a tornado and everything has to be redone, it was discovered the septic drain was only 18-20 inches below ground level. No wonder it froze up every year since causing lots of headaches for all. If there were no stars, they'd get that. She called them recently to see if they could drain pipes for floor heating after the twister. They said yes and sent her a hefty bill for just saying they could do it. What????
Allie L.We could not be happier with Superior Plumbing, especially Craig Curley.
We are renovating our entire Affordable Resident Owned Mobile Home park and Craig has donated his time and machines to get correct sewer and water lines in lots. They are a very respectful company with compassion. Many many thank yous to them. Thank you Craig Curley for seeing our vision for our Park and helping us out.
Called Superior for a simple faucet repair. I was given an appointment time for the following day. The plumber, Robert, was able to come even earlier than scheduled appointment time, so I didn't have to wait around for him to arrive. The repair was completed in 15 minutes! I've been a Superior customer for approximately 20 years and I've never had a bad experience with them.
I am very disapointed with this company!!!! Water heater sensor ""tripped"" and wouldn't allow the water heater to run. We called them and they fixed it with cleaning out the filter and some compressed air. We were charged $115 for this... Water heater sensor tripped the water heater again 2 days later, this time I did exactly what the technician did and it worked again for another 2 days. Then it tripped again so I figured something was wrong. The technician came back 5 days later and said that a cord was bad and would need to change out the cord. He said that he would only charge us for 1 hour of labor. The technician then used our bathroom twice, took at least 4 phone calls, and left our house twice to get different parts or something... He ended up telling us that if we paid right now then he would only charge us for 2 hors time, and I said no I don't think that is right, so he said well fine if you don't pay now then I will charge you for 3 hours of labor!!!! What kind of company is this?? They apparently don't stand behind their services... We are now going to end up paying them $1035 for a new power cable more or less!!!! Shame on you Superior!!!! I also forgot to add that when I went downstairs to check on how he was doing, he was telling me that he was getting ready to cut some other cords and replace them because he couldn't get it to work... So I suggested that maybe the water was already hot... Sure enough it was working fine, so I don't know how long he was down there trying to figure that out. Also the warranty on their billing statement says that the labor and service is warrantied for 90 days... This is clearly not the case
