i made a HUGE mistake (and a very expensive one!)by using a well known plumber,thinking i would get great, HONEST service.i was wrong. i sincerely wish i had known about superior plumbing and called them first. to do the next part of the repairs we did use superior, and from start to finish, in all ways they were, beyond wonderful. they showed up on time and gave us a complete estamit ,explained everything. when they arrived to do the work they impressed us so much with the way they did the job. i would never use anyone else, especially after being taken advantage of so badly by the first company.i would recommend them to anyone looking for great work.

We called Superior Plumbing on the Saturday before Easter at 8AM in the morning because our hot water was leaking and needed to be replaced. Our phone call was returned before 8:30 and a plumber was out to our house by 9AM. The staff were polite, courteous, respectful of our property and came in replaced the heater and was finished before noon. We were grateful for the responsiveness of the company. Will definitely call them then next time there is a plumbing need.

The crew at superior plumbing has always been timely, professional, and fair. My family has used them for years, jobs always done to satisfaction! I would recommend for any job large or small, always great work!

The owner is very nice and professional on the telephone. The folks who come to do the work are straight out of the movie ""Deliverance."" Smoke breaks are taken every five minutes. The job site is left very dirty and not at all like they found it.

The job was to installs toilet in an older building where the toilet phalange is a part of the waste pipe. They properly replaced one side of the broken phalange but not the other.

Two weeks later, the other side rotted out. The owner sent the same crew to come out and repair it. At the truck, the crew made claims that the job was not defective as originally completed. They then implied that we did something to it.

They finished the job an hour later with four smoke breaks and then left with ""You shudda payd for dis, but we wull git you da nixt time.""

The owner needs a better crew.

I hired Superior Plumbing to install a new toilet in my powder room. They installed the toilet but never told me that the toilet did not fit and the door could not close. They took my check and left without saying anything. When I tried to close the door, I contacted the owner who admitted that they should have measured before installation. . However, he would not install a replacement toilet without charging me another $250 . Beware of shoddy business practices here - this is not how a professional works.
