WOW, what an outstanding service company! We recently bought an older house and needed plumbing and hot water service. Jim and crew did all he work in less than 3hrs and then, walked us thru all he had done. He also told us, in the near future, what we needed under the house, changing out copper pipes and enlarging water supply lines. I would use them without hesitation.

My hot water heater stopped working due to the pilot light being extinguished and later needed to be replaced after another company agreed to replace it for $1200. However, I called Superior plumbing first and the service technician, Aaron, didn't get within 10 feet before exclaiming that """"we needed a new water heater and that he would put in a tankless for $2000."""" Again, he didn't touch it. We were then surprised to receive an invoice for relighting the pilot light to the tune of $129.00. We called the office and spoke to Melanie on several occasions only to be told that accounting handles billing and they would need to talk to the technician. I emphatically stated that he never touched our water heater and that the plumber that installed our new one would attest that he could not have relit the old one. I was later sent to collections after not hearing from Melanie for several weeks and threatened with higher bills if I did not pay the original (fraudulent) bill.

So, last fall a water spot started to appear on my kitchen ceiling. Knowing that the water heater (which is fairly new) was up there, I called Superior to come out and take a look, 2 men showed up (can't remember names) but I think the plumber and possibly an apprentice...they went up into the attic and in about 3-5 minutes advised that my situation was being caused by my AC! Hmmmmm, I thought to myself - we had experienced this before when we had to replace the water heater, but I called an Ac company and got someone out there right away. Within moments of being up in the attic he called to my husband to come up, and when he got up there pointed out to him clear as day the drip coming from my WATER HEATER! So, I called Superior back advising about the incompetence of the crew they sent earlier and that I expected someone out there before the end of business to rectify this issue. They did send out a supervisor that afternoon, who upon ascending up into the attic, clearly could not believe the incompetence of the crew that came out that morning, as he made the statement about the leaking water heater, """"you can see that leak as plain as the nose on my face"""". So he fixed it, we thanked him and he left. Imagine my surprise when the office called to collect $250 for services! Even if this were fixed from the first visit, it was a 5 minute fix, $250? I asked the women on the phone who is going to pay my bill for having to have the AC folks out due to your first crews incompetence? She said let me look into that and then I heard nothing. Well the other day I got an invoice in the mail for $120, less a discount of $130, dated 6/10/16, stating PAST DUE! Huh, what....you never followed up with me for a visit in late Oct/early Nov sometime and you are dating it June! You are also stating past due when you never bothered to contact me again after """"let me look into that""""! Definitely not thinking even $120, is reasonable for a 5 min fix, that was handled incorrectly to begin with. Handling Customer Service everyday for a living, this cost should be drastically reduced or not even charged at all for all the stress it caused. I agree they did render service and I do owe then for that service, but more like $75. If you wish to contact me you can reply here of call my cell which you should have on file.

I wanted to get my broken toilet fixed and these guys are the ones who came to mind. They were quick to respond when I called them over. One hour is all it took them. These guys are just heroes.
