Chris has been to our home twice in the last month. He helped us modernize our master bathroom and replaced our old toilet to a low-flow version. He also flawlessly replaced our old kitchen sink faucet. Chris returned to replace the inner workings of our older low-flow toilet to make it more efficient. He's a real professional and is an excellent plumber. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and patiently answered my questions. Chris is why we continue to call Superior!

Very friendly, sent someone out timely but the quote was outrageous. $3863 to replace the water line from the meter to my house. No landscaping to deal with whatsoever. The company I hired did the job in four hours for $1050, which was still a lot for four hours work, and 200 feet of plastic tubing, but water was off so we had to do it.

The plumber showed up on time, reviewed the problem and presented a quote. The company is very reputable and professional. The reason for low rating is due to the price I was quoted as related to the work needing to be done.

I must say that I was very impressed with Superior Plumbing's professionalism and customer service. After reaching out to another company and even sending them pictures of the issue, they never responded to my email, calls or texts. I reached out to Superior and the scheduled my appointment for the following morning. The dispatcher called me about 30 minutes before our technician (Chris) arrived. BEWARE: GROSSLY OVERPRICED. WARRANTY ITEMS ARE MEANLESS. Company overcharges on installation of it's """"warranty"""" products AND pockets the customer's warranty money. They charged an outrageous install price to replace a hot water heater still under warranty. Other plumbing companies charge the same amount for a completely new unit AND installation. It appears they are pocketing customer's warranty money.

Superior was able to have Michael B.out to my house really quicky. I had started a diy job to replace a pressure reducer and shutoff valve that I was 2nd guessing on a tues afternoon..didn't want to risk not having water for that eve. Michael was very nice, professional and answered all my questions before he started and while I watched him work. Wasn't crazy about spending an extra $370 or so, but I don't regret the decision to let a pro handle it in this case. I recommend him highly.

Our experience with Superior Plumbing spans two different houses and multiple different plumbing needs (including having a new gas line installed for a gas grill) and we've been extremely satisfied each time. Today's experience is yet another example of their great service and focus on the customer. We've been in our current home for less than three years and woke up this morning to an active leak coming from the floor above through the ceiling of our kitchen/living area. With a new-build home less than three years old, the first call was to the builder's warranty department and we got the """"call the company that did the plumbing during construction"""" brush off. I called that company and they were quick to tell me that A) they don't make service calls and B) their work was only warranted for two years. Seems to me that you can warrant parts for a limited time but a business who stands behind their work would warrant it much longer...but I digress. Pursuing this with the construction plumber or the builder was getting me nowhere, so I called Superior. They took my information, checked the calendar and had a licensed plumber at my house within two hours. In addition, I received an email with the name and photo of both the contact I spoke to at their office and the plumber that was headed to my home. I LOVE that... Jason H arrived quickly, listened to the details and did a careful eval of the guest bath area, laundry room and master bath. He isolated and corrected the most probable cause of the leak: a poorly seated/poorly sealed master shower drain. He reseated and resealed the drain, ran the shower for several minutes to test for the leak. No leak. Success!! I not only appreciate the resolution to the problem, I appreciate how truly helpful and just plain nice everyone is - Jay, working in their office took my call and got the ball rolling and Jason H, who was cheerful, professional and absolutely customer focused. Their prices are absolutely fair, especially in an emergency situation. While I believe the problem is now fixed, water leaks are tricky - but if any more show up, I'm wasting no time with anyone else. I'll call Superior.

I had a leak coming from my kitchen faucet to my garage below. I called Superior Plumbing yesterday and got an appointment for today, July 4th. There was no extra charge for the holiday. Plumber came out and tightened a hose and just charged me for the service call. Both Will and Brent were professional and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend that s company and would definitely use them again.

Good Customer Service. Advised not to do certain things because of the high cost and limited use. On Time and Quick to finish the work. The Cost was little high for fixing a leak on the kitchen faucet.
