We had a problem with loud noises in our pipes after Gwinnett County """"finished some work"""" on our street. John D'angelo was very meticulous in finding what the problem was (we have a big house with a lot of piping). He obviously knows his stuff and isn't afraid to get down and dirty to solve the problem. We haven't had any problems since. I would recommend this company to anyone who doesn't mind having the job done right the first time.

Tom S. did an amazing job. Stayed all day and replaced drain lines in entire house. Made sure everything was covered beforehand and cleaned well afterwards. He is pleasant and informative, and I would definitely do business with him and Superior again!

Superior Plumbing is a anything but Superiort. Prices are out of sight, not what they promise when I made the appointment, plumber was late, and when I questioned the price, he told me if I was going to complain, I should just get another company to come and do the work. Clearly they have too much business, and I hope to help them with this problem in the future. I have used them in the past, but will NEVER again. Rude plumber, bait and switch on pricing. If you have ANY other options, I would recommend you go with another company.

BEWARE - They will try and SCAM you! The plumber came out and gave me the price to fix 2 valves. After he gave me the price I advised that I had a coupon. Suddenly, if I wanted to use the coupon that they have on their own website, the cost went up by $142 - for a $25 coupon!!! All of a sudden he claimed to have already given me a discount. Though he never mentioned a """"discount"""" before I told him I had a coupon. This doesn't seem like a very ethical practice to me, and since I prefer to not do business with companies which I think are DISHONEST, I simply paid the $37.50 service call fee and told him I wouldn't be using his company and cut my losses! AVOID SUPERIOR PLUMBING!

I had a great experience with Superior and Joel has excellent customer service skills. He was very informative and a hard worker. I would definitely recommend Superior to anyone. Very speedy with in one day in the rain even.

Don't call them unless you want to get ripped off! I had a leak in my basement so I called them (big mistake) the technician said I needed a new water heater for $1600. A week later, I still had water in the basement. I called someone else to give me an honest opinion. It turned out to be a clog in the condensate drain on the AC. He fixed it in less than 10 minutes for $30. There are good souls in this world and then there are those evil souls that would swindle an elderly disabled veteran out of money that he needed for his family. BTW, the WH they installed retails for about $800.
