Excellent service at a fair price. Jay knew what he was doing and got right to work. Don't hesitate to call Superior Plumbing.

Not satisfied. Plumber did show up on time and fixed leaking faucet, but the price was well above what we expected/reasonable. Then sat through an effort to sell us a pressure reducing valve, which after we declined promptly had issues with a toilet overflowing twice for the first time in 15 years...

They charged over $400 for less than an hour to evaluate my plumbing issue and tell me what the problem was without applying that amount towards the repair. The repair would be another $450. Their pricing is exhorbitant - a real ripoff. Would NEVER call them again

They were recommended by another service, but when they came out, they refused to do the job because the pipe led into the irrigation system. They had the know how and tools and knew I had no water for 2 days, but they would not help. I will never call them for help again.

I had multiple estimates to replace a hot water heater in a a really awkward spot in a 1960s house. I specifically went with Superior over Pink Plumber because they didn't say I'd have to knock down a wall while Pink Plumber did. Guess what? Superior had to knock down a wall which was not included in their estimate. Surprise?!??! This is my first time replacing a hot water heater, so I didn't know any better. After a long day of surprises which included having to knock down a wall, my superior plumber left me with a really ghetto-fabulous connection to the gas-vent from my hvac. Their technician said he """"didn't feel comfortable doing it"""" and recommended I contact my HVAC company. I followed up with https://www.shumateheatingandair.com/(my HVAC company) after about 30 days and they ridiculed Superior and said that basically my plumber was trying to get home early and had bullshitted me. They quoted me $500 to fix the connection from the hot water heater to the vent. It's been 5mos. now and I just got a letter from Superior wanting to follow up on the permitting. I paid a fee to them to help me permit with Brookhaven, and surprisingly they are following up 4 mos. later. Superior has been one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I'd find a different one.

I have used thrm for multiple plumbing jobs ranging from kitchen sink pipe alignment to toilets to multiple rainwater shower heads. Not the cheapest by any means but generally a good value and very professional

They over charged me. I had simple job installing a p-trap to a drain and sink. Couple things they did which I felt was unfair. #1. Superior Plumbing charges a standard 'dispatch fee', which I believe is fairly standard in the industry to compensate for a tech's time when no repair is ordered. However, in general I see this type of fee applied to a repair invoice should the owner decide to proceed with the work. Superior plumbing charges this fee in addition to any work requested. In my case, my total repair exceeded $375, a fairly strong fee nonetheless but with the dispatch fee the total was approximately $455. The fee should be the minimum cost of a visit. It should not be applied as add-on should the owner proceed with the work, as it represents a zero value add. It's just a way of screwing their customers out of money. #2. During the installation, the sink needed plumbers puddy to properly seal the drain. This is in every plumbers tool kit and should be a fairly standard part of the installation. The tech actually stopped during the installation to deliver the 'bad news' that he'd have to apply a seal. I was incredulous that he's bothering me after I just agreed to a $280 repair. Literally takes 3 seconds of his time. They charged me an extra $119 for this labor. On the positive note the tech was a good kid just doing his job. I have nothing against the tech. But overall I would say Superior Plumbing is way overcharging. A cursory search on google reveals a p-trap install should be a mere $150-$250 depending on complications encountered. There was nothing that complicated about the install. $300 tops. $455 is way out of line. I'd be curious to hear the opinion of professional independent plumbers on this issue.

Excellent price and quality of service. Joel explained the work that was needed and arrived on Time. The work was completed perfectly and all cleanup was done after. Will do business with them again.

Superior will not give free estimates. They installed a water heater in my home about 10 years ago, no problem. Superior had also done a number of other projects in my home, replacing a toilet, replacing a pressure gauge, other miscellaneous jobs, but when I called them back for an estimate on a replacement water heater they wanted to charge me $89 just to come out. (They called us back later and said IF we went with them they would take off the $89) MULTIPLE other highly rated Atlanta plumbing companies, whom I've never spent a penny with, are coming out to give a free estimate. This is how Superior treats a customer who has spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them. AVOID!

They over charge Never returned calls to discuss the bill Be smart get them to give you the estimate upfront
