I called regarding a stopped up sink and disposal. They came the next day, the tech stayed for about 20 minutes. He then told me that they don't have a drain division now and that he couldn't repair the sink. What? A plumbers without a capability to unstop a drain? No """"drain division""""? Why didn't they tell me before they sent someone out? Worthless!

$89 for them to come? My time is valuable too and if a company can't swallow a few bucks for gas for the investment in maybe replumbing my entire home for thousands of dollars from copper to PEX then they aren't very smart. Dumb people probably won't do a good job.

I had multiple estimates to replace a hot water heater in a a really awkward spot in a 1960s house. I specifically went with Superior over Pink Plumber because they didn't say I'd have to knock down a wall while Pink Plumber did. Guess what? Superior had to knock down a wall which was not included in their estimate. Surprise?!??! This is my first time replacing a hot water heater, so I didn't know any better. After a long day of surprises which included having to knock down a wall, my superior plumber left me with a really ghetto-fabulous connection to the gas-vent from my hvac. Their technician said he """"didn't feel comfortable doing it"""" and recommended I contact my HVAC company. I followed up with https://www.shumateheatingandair.com/(my HVAC company) after about 30 days and they ridiculed Superior and said that basically my plumber was trying to get home early and had bullshitted me. They quoted me $500 to fix the connection from the hot water heater to the vent. It's been 5mos. now and I just got a letter from Superior wanting to follow up on the permitting. I paid a fee to them to help me permit with Brookhaven, and surprisingly they are following up 4 mos. later. Superior has been one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I'd find a different one.

I have used thrm for multiple plumbing jobs ranging from kitchen sink pipe alignment to toilets to multiple rainwater shower heads. Not the cheapest by any means but generally a good value and very professional

They were recommended by another service, but when they came out, they refused to do the job because the pipe led into the irrigation system. They had the know how and tools and knew I had no water for 2 days, but they would not help. I will never call them for help again.

I just needed my tankless water heater (which they had installed) flush serviced, they wanted $516.64 to do the job. TOTAL ROBBERY! I still paid the $79.50 call out charge. Ragsdale are doing it for less than $210. Superior Plumbing, more like Superior Pricing and Superior rip-off.

If you own rental properties stay away from this company. Won't do any work unless the owner is physically on the property even if there was an emergency and couldn't be. They would not do any work. They left so I had to call a company that worked with property owners. Customer service was lacking too. They also took over a week to be able to book an appointment. There are a lot better companies out there than this one.

I moved into my home January 2017, only to find shortly after that there was a water leak which would cause a fluctuation in my bill monthly. Needless to say, I reached out to a few plumbing companies, but by far the presentation, and EXCELLENT customer service I received from Superior Plumbing was the absolute best. Monte did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done, and also outlining the options since this was a very expensive job to complete. I really felt like this wasn't just another company that was going to simply fix the job and take my money, they truly cared about how the overall process would be completed. Today, my issue is 100% resolved, and I would recommend Superior Plumbing to ANYONE. Thanks again!!
