Lives up to its name! Truly superior response and service.

Shower valves in both our bathrooms failed and I needed a quick repair before family was arriving. Superior Plumbing dispatched a plumber just 90 minutes after I called. Robert Scott assessed the situation and explained the work needed and cost. He arrived promptly as scheduled the next day and completed the repairs in just an hour. Robert was exceedingly professional, friendly, and left no trace behind. In the past we've had to clean up after contractors, but Robert removed his shoes as we requested and tidied up when the work was done. I hope we won't have another urgent plumbing situation, but if we do I know that we'll be calling Superior Plumbing again.

This is by far the best experience I have had with any plumbing company. Jim sent his team to my home for repairs and it was a very professional and courteous experience. Bryce and Chachi were very caring and personal while they were in my home. I would recommend Superior Plumbing Drain to anyone for their honesty and passion to the customer and the customer needs. This company is a company I haven't worked with I don't know how many years. They did exactly what they said actually went above and beyond what was initially agreed too did more work then anticipated fixed my whole entire plumbing and did it with integrity following through and honest first class workmanship. From start to finish the company is amazing simply cannot compare to another company. You guys are amazing THANK YOU FOR YOIR SERVICE AMD HONESTY! I had been putting up with a busted sink situation for months on end now, finally having had enough I called Superior Plumbing & Drain. They sent out Robert the technician the same day who literally fixed the problem in 2 minutes! Not only that he explained to me the cause of the issue and was very kind and professional the whole time. Thanks Robert!

i called while stressed coming home to no water, when i called and ask how much for someone to come out and see what the issue was they said oh when the tech gets there they will tell you ok no problem so the guy shows up starts looking at the on off for the house which i had had a landscaper out which had told me they had turned the water back on at the main on the street which the tech did look at and thought it was on as well he kept looking around puzzled never saying anything about the service fee, which i say i should of ask but i was stressed out and was in tears thinking something bad he then realized that the main line was still off he then turned it back on all within ten mins then tells me that it will be 158 bucks what if i didnt havent that kind of money what was i suppouse to do? i dont think it was handled right they should of said what it will cost when you call in if the serivice fee is the same no matter what they do , lesson learned wont call them again

Bryce and his college came out to look at a potential leak in my laundry room. They were extremely respectful, prompt, and professional. Not only did they explain each step they were taking and reasoning behind it, they offered solutions that could be fixed personally instead of charging a service charge for them to do it! They were amazing and I will not be using any other plumbing service other than Superior Plumbing & Drain from here on out!!
