Great service all around! Starting with the customer service I received over the phone and ending with the quality of work provided by Yonathan. He was very informative and explained everything that he was going to do ahead of time and what he thought the problem would be. We had 2 leaks in the bathroom, one under the sink and the other at the base of the toilet. He was in and out within an hour. This is the type of consistent service I've received over the years with Superior and why I'll keep coming back.

Once again, these folks made my day. My kitchen sink trap started leaking. I called them with all intentions of having to wait a few days. They told me they were available that day. In an hour, they arrived and within 45 minutes, everything was repaired and for a reasonable price. Superior Plumbing has always been available, do professional work for a reasonable price. There was a leak in the ceiling of the apartment right underneath my unit. I Called on a Monday morning and got an inspection appointment the next day! They inspected both units and they were able to identify the source of the leak. They completed the job on the spot after verifying that they had all the parts and checked with the HOA too. Big shoutout to Adrian and Rudy! Thank you so much!!! Finally found a good plumber in Richmond!!

True to their name, these guys are SUPERIOR. Adrian and Rudy solved my plumbing mystery, and were professional and delightful humans throughout. Dora on the phone was also incredibly patient with me, even when I was not very nice to her- a true professional (sorry, Dora). They are simply wonderful!

Our showers and toilets started to overflow! Adrian came over the next morning and sorted everything out for us. He found the cleanout (We didn't know where it was) and was able to unclog the pipes and get everything working again. Very polite and professional. Highly recommended!
