Brian Jimenez gave us a quote in regards to getting the squeaky noise of the shower. Friendly, Very professional, and kept us updated in the process. Replaced the valve and also installed the new shower fixture set. Explained to me the process and also minimized the size of cutting out the drywall to get access to the pipes.

Would highly recommend Brian and Superior Plumbing and use them as my go to for any plumbing needs.

My main sewer was clogged for 2 days, and I had tried using drain openers with no luck. I gave multiple plumbers a call, and I didn't have much hope since it was a Sunday morning. Superior was the first one who could show up the soonest in the morning. I called at 8a.m. and they told me someone would be here between 10 to 12. At 11:08, I got a call from Superior stating a tech was on his way, and the tech, Brian, showed up in 20 minutes after the call. He checked where the blockage was and started snaking from the clean out outside my house. In less than half an hour, Brian unclogged the drain and informed me that it was common for older houses to have clogged drain every year or two, but if it started happening more often(every few months) I should got a video inspection to check the condition of the system. Price was not super cheap, but as an emergency service on a Sunday morning, it was very reasonable. I was happy with their visit.

I am impressed with the timeliness, efficiency and professionalism of Superior Plumbing! Our water heater stopped working in the evening. I called Superior and the friendly lady there set up an appointment for 8-10am the next day. The crew arrived on time, we talked and made a decision to replace the unit, and they returned just after 1. By 4 they were finished.

Armin and his associate did an excellent job. He was courteous and answered all questions without hesitation. The work area was spotless. I will definitely do business with this company again.

Superior Plumbing needs 10 gold stars!!! We had a sewage backup in our yard and it had been incorrectly diagnosed by another company. We were about to get ripped off to the tune of thousands of dollars!! Thank goodness we called Superior for a second estimate! They immediately took a thorough video of the sewer pipes and identified the blockage. We were quoted less than half the amount!! They then fixed the issue with warranty. All throughout the process, Fernando, the office manager, was extremely nice, communicative, competent and went the extra mile for us!! And he worked closely with City of Richmond for us and EVEN PAID for the necessary certificate! I will entrust Superior with any and all future plumbing needs!!

We have been customers of Superior Plumbing for several years and have been happy with their responsiveness and service. We are in the planning phase of a minor bath remodel and reached out to Superior for a quote to remove the existing sinks and faucets and then to reinstall them after new countertops are installed. This is not a small job and we thought they would be interested. It has been 5 days with no response.

I was contacted and sent details of the project though they are not able to provide a ballbark estimate without seeing the space.
