I had a great service experience from Superior Plumbing! I recently moved in to a home in Livermore and after a couple months detected the smell of gas coming from our pipes near the hot water heater and gas range. Called home warranty and after having a terrible experience with the first plumber they sent out, they sent Superior. Mark and his technician (I believe his name was Andres but I have a bad memory for names) determined that the leak was significant enough to be an emergency and came out the next day to replace the faulty plumbing and install a new water heater. Both guys were professional and very helpful with explaining what was going on and how to maintain things in the future. I definitely reccomend Superior Plumbing!

I will be hiring Superior Plumbing for any plumbing problems moving forward. I have used them twice this year and they were responsive, professional, and most importantly fixed the problems in record time!

After my kitchen sink clogged, Fernando came out and quickly identified where the clog was. He had to snake the line multiple times due to the heavy buildup of gunk but through his persistence he successfully cleared the line.

When I had a few leaks under my kitchen sink, Ignacio and Rudi came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. They helped replumb part of my kitchen sink, and in less than an hour, the sink is leak free.

Would have been 1 star since they just confirmed what I told the dispatcher on the phone and did no actual work and even though I explicitly said that they would have to get on the roof to inspect the vents up there, the plumbers that showed up refused to get on the roof (in perfect weather conditions).
This is a 3 star review because they were sent out by Fidelity Home Warranty (which is terrible on its own) despite me repeatedly telling them that it was a roof vent problem and not a water pipe issue, so the plumbers shouldn't have really ever been sent out in the first place. However, they were sent out, and as I said, I told the dispatcher multiple times that they'd have to get on the roof.
In addition, I was told I would get a message (text or phone call or email would have all been acceptable) with the plumber's name and arrival time but I never received that.
Also, they left dirty hand prints all over the panel to the attic.
Also, they left the light on in my attic, which I only noticed when I removed the panel to the attic to clean the hand prints off of it.

Rheem sent Superior Plumbing to my home to diagnose the water heater problem I had from about a week no hot water for a brand new 3 month old water heater. The problem was the FV sensor tripped. I ordered FV sensor and replaced myself as it is fairly easy just remove old one and plug new one. It didn't work and tripped within an hour again. hence they sent Superior plumbing to diagnose. I also ordered the new sensor and kept handy to try. This guy just put the new sensor and even though I repeatedly told him it will work for only an hour, didn't do anything and told me call back if it trips. When I call, this lady picks up and says we need another order From Rheem to come. Joke! So they came to put just a sensor? I expect some professionalism to diagnose the problem not run away. She said she will call Rheem next day and get back. Nothing from last 3 days. Thugs. Beware before you call.
