I had a great experience with this company from the moment I called their office. They were able to come out and look at my leak the same day I called. Robert looked at everything thoroughly and gave me a couple of options with absolutely NO PRESSURE. I feel like I was able to make an informed decision and was given a quote on the spot. The rest of project went well- a couple of hiccups beyond their control but everything was handled quickly and professionally. I was kept informed every step of the way and I was shown everything they were doing. Bottom line- the price was reasonable, everyone was polite and professional, the work was done on time with quality products, and they were realistic with their timeline and finished on time with very little disruption to our lives. I will not use any other plumber after such a great experience!

A little over a year from last plumbing need as I've been apprenticing on YouTube for various skills including plumbing. Lowe's may give me a Contractor discount too! Toilet replacement? No problem and only took 5 hours. Son visiting felt his wife may fall off my handiwork and offered to help redo. I'm not trade proud yet so got more parts and toilet barely wobbles but strange dragon like noise emitted if other toilet in house flushed? Deadly sewer gas?? Sealed off bathroom, called Dekle, spoke to Staci and """"A"""" team almost made it same day but came next day. Scott almost complimented my workmanship but said he wouldn't take it apart a 3rd time and had his partner correct for last time rock solid. Plus that dragon noise has become a calming gentle brook sound. Dekle is the best!!!

Robert from Superior Plumbing is the best! The left side of my double kitchen sink had the basket strainer rot out which left that side unusable. I had talked to Robert a couple of times and something kept coming up on my end, so I would have to keep rescheduling. Well today finally worked out for me and Robert came by and replaced the basket strainer and also unstopped my garbage disposal. With all the worry about social distancing and hand washing, I noticed that he washed his hands several times after he finished the job and also gave me some good advice about how to keep my disposal from stopping up again. I will definitely be using Superior Plumbing and Drain for all my future plumbing needs.

I have used Superior Plumbing for both plumbing and natural gas services since 2015. Robert Polk, the owner has done these services for me: sewer camera when I bought my house, plumbing for stopped up kitchen sink and replaced broken garbage disposal, finding low water pressure problem and fixing that, removing a big water purification system under kitchen sink, serviced gas line and installed natural gas BBQ grill. All work perfectly done. His company staff (Brandon) also cleared my air conditioner condensate overflow pipe twice. On 12/29/2020 they installed a new 50 gallon hot water heater and brought up to code (and removed old one). However, the best thing Robert Polk ever did on my account was responding to an emergency to a house that I watching for a friend. Multiple serious leaks had occurred and he got them stopped immediately. It was very stressful to find this situation and it was such a relief to have Robert take care of it so quickly. Michelle, who coordinates appointments has always been excellent, friendly and efficient. I have the highest recommendation for this company.

Our water heater went out on a Monday, I called a couple of places to get quotes and ask a few questions. When I spoke with Robert from Superior Plumbing & Drain, he was courteous and knowledgeable. His quote was cheaper than other plumbing companies I spoke with and he could do it the next day. He arrived at 12pm and was finished by 1pm. He was professional and very friendly. As he was writing out our receipt, I asked him about replacing our garbage disposal, he flipped the switch and said it was just stopped up. He went to his truck and brought back a turn key and with a simple turn the disposal was working again. I would recommend Superior Plumbing & Drain for all your plumbing needs. We need several faucets replaced and we will definitely be calling Robert and Superior Plumbing.

The work they did was good, however, they fell down on the follow through. Around Christmas, Frankie came out to the house and fixed a clog in the sewer line. He was asked to call back with an estimate for fixing the belly in the line and for rerouting the grey water. He didn't call. My spouse and I have left numerous messages with the secretary for them to return our call whether it be Frankie or another qualified plumber willing to give an estimate and do the work. It is now February 24th and no one has called.

Back in the Northeast there is a saying. """"There is no such thing as a good plumber"""". They are always late or don't show up. They are filthy and mess up your house and then they hit you over the head with a huge bill! Things are obviously different in GA. Scott Delke is an awesome plumber. His team is responsive, on time and do the job right. While Scott is finishing up, his sidekick Adam even sweeps up the floor and makes sure the area is cleaner that when they got there. Can't say enough about Scott and his crew. Highly recommended. A++++ service and super fair pricing.

A few years ago, we had a plumbing emergency on Valentines day with guests on the way. I called Dekle and interrupted during dinner with a significant other. I let them finish dinner and they headed over to unclog a pipe from the house to the main city line. They were professional and fixed the problem very quickly. We needed a plumbing service to open up a clogged sink that resisted all of my efforts to open. I called them the Sunday night during a 3 day Federal Holiday. They called back 8am Monday morning and made an appointment to come out that afternoon. Their two man service crew called ahead to confirm and get directions and arrived on time. Though the service truck was beat up their equipment was well cared for. They had to try several tricks but they got the sink working. It wasn't cheap but it was excellent service.
