Mike and Ryan are fantastic, they fixed the two very tough to fix faucets for me. Mike also went all the way to take the whole sink out to fix an impossible rusty faucet. What a man! I highly recommend them and would definitely use their service again.

Day before New Year's and we wake up to discover pluming is backed up into both showers. We called around several places but most weren't open. I finally got Superior Plumbing on the phone and Andy showed up 2 hours later. Andy was very professional and we went with the 75ft snake service to clear. It worked like a charm! Recently My insurance company AHS assigned superior plumbing for my water heater replacement. Although I felt it was bit pricy as I had to pay out of pocket. But the technician ANDY was highly professional and he made sure to follow up with insurance and push them to order water heater ASAP and the moment he received the water heater he came down the very same day out of his working hours and got it installed. He worked very hard from 6pm-11pm to get this thing done, as I had to shutdown my water supply due to my water heater issue.

I highly recommend Superior plumbing and Andy if you want to get your issue resolved quickly.

Andy from Superior Plumbing delivered service to us that was, well, superior! Courteous, professional, timely and at a cost that was highly competitive with other quotes we received.

After completing the work done in our upstairs bathroom, Andy cleaned up the tub, set the temperature just right to ensure our small kids wouldn't burn themselves when they turned on the hot water and - because I'm currently on crutches and unable to head upstairs easily - took photos of all the work done to show me, without me having to ask.

My husband and I recently bought a new home and have been living in it for 2 days. On the first day of living here our water heater broke. My in laws are visiting for the holidays and I wanted to make sure they are comfortable. With the weather getting colder, having hot water is so important. We called the home warranty company and they sent ANDY and EDDIE. They checked our water heater and found the issue right away. Unfortunately, it needed a part that they did not have on hand. They reassured us that they were going to try their best to track down the part so that we can have hot water for the holidays. ANDY and EDDIE reached out to us the very next morning. They found the part! They came back to our home and fixed all our problems. ANDY and EDDIE were beyond generous and kind. We appreciate them beyond words. Nick took care of me and got someone to come scope out a main line crack. By the next morning, andy came out and did tremendous job. He got it all squared away same day and my water is running fine without leaks. They are bonded and insured so if they mess up, you're protected. I was thinking of getting 'my guy' to do it but if it blew up, I'd be in my own. Thanks nick and andy for making a problem go away.

If you are like me you have gone through yelp and asked around who to use. I used the Yelp Service and ran into Superior Pluming and boy was I super happy with the whole process. I have quoted about 7 places total and Christian and the team were the only ones that found that I had a gas leak under my house!! Not one of the other ""service providers"" even caught this. RIght away we worked towards fixing this problem the next day. Again Christian and the team were on time and helped get my house safe. Now on to my reason to quote Superior Plumbing. I had to get my galvanized pipes replaced with Copper. New 50 Gallon Water heater. They found that my previous plumbing team did NOT vent my laundry room toilet correctly. I had a leaky Pedestal Sink. I had to replace my old laundry room sink as I had installed a service bucket sink and needed a proper vanity sink installed. Also my shower had almost ZERO pressure for hot water coming out of it. Out of all the places I quoted Superior was right on with what I expected most all other quotes came higher and some DOUBLE. I had only 1 bid WAY underbid and I didn't feel comfortable at all with that provider. After I gathered my timing and next expectations everyone at Superior Pluming helped me get my requirements all squared away. I thought I had to wait a few weeks to get on schedule to get all of this done NOPE. I called on a Friday and next Monday Christian and the team got on all my needs. He worked the requirements like a doctor making sure that my house was NOT affected with any issues of down time. We had hot water all the time we had running water it was such a great experience. He was able to update me via text during the process if I had any questions. They came on time when we needed them and they got everything done FASTER than what was planned. AND They followed up and reached out after the service was done. I greatly appreciate the service Christian and the team provided and I have finally found a pluming team that I can count on.

Andy is absolutely the best! From the time, I reached out on Yelp for help to the time Andy came over and diagnosed/fixed our plumbing issue, our experience was nothing but top class.

So the next time, I have a plumbing issue ( and I have a list that I need to get done) I will not look beyond Superior Plumbing and specifically Andy who is the nicest and most honest plumber you can find!
