We've now used Superior Plumbing three times. Once for an easy job - (rooting out a toilet clog), once for a medium job (installing a washlet - plumbing and electrical), and once for a big job (replacing rotted-out cast iron waste pipe with ABS). They come when they say they will. They do what they say they'll do and they do it well. They stick to their estimate. They clean up any mess before they leave. And they follow up promptly to resolve any problems. They are our plumber of choice going forward, and we recommend them highly.

Superior plumbing was our savior. Our downstairs toilet backed up and overflowed on a Saturday. I called numerous plumbers but could not get anyone to come to our house. Great service! Andy of Superior Plumbing responded to our call for a backyard water leak problem two weeks ago. He came in on the same day that I called. He found out an underground sprinkler pipe was leaking. The shut-off valve was turned off and the problem went away. Since it's a non-used pipeline, we left it there and did not get it repaired. Andy didn't charge us a penny. What a nice service they offered. Will definitely call Superior again for any plumbing issues in the future.

Had them replace water heater in 2019, Looks like the glue on the fumes exhaust PVC did not hold, pipe was too short for new heater and the Pipe came off sometime after installation.

Since the place is rented and the heater is in balcony, we did not notice the issue till 2022. called Superior and they sent someone to fix. They acknowledge the initial job was not done correctly, they should have replaced the PVC. in first place.

They replace the exhaust pipe without any hassle and I never saw the bill for fixing the mistake.

Good customer service = repeat business
