Our home still had the original hot water heater and it's getting to be close to 25 years old. Time for a replacement and I want to go tankless. Mrs. K. did the shopping around and called three plumbers for estimates. Superior responded, provided a written quote (not an estimate, a quote!) and also offered to do some kitchen sink repair that we needed. They were not the cheapest but they had the best reviews here and on other sites.

The technicians who arrived on time and practiced the appropriate COVID protocols with masks on the entire time. They took care of cutting out our old water heater (bye, friend!), running all the new pipes and hooking up our new tankless heater outside the house. It took them all day and afterwards, we've got limitless hot water!

There was one problem and when we called the technician, he was immediately back to us to repair it. They had neglected to reconnect the gas pipe to our gas fireplace. A small oopsie and it was resolved relatively quickly with a sincere apology for the trouble,

The new unit looks great and it works great. I am extremely pleased and posting this five star review.

My online repair request was responded to immediately. Scheduled on the Monday following that weekend I submitted it. Tech was prompt, courteous, and quick. Cost on the disposal/install was a bit of a sticker shock, but since it was all so convenient and professional, I agreed to it willingly. Would use them again.

I hate to write negative reviews but I'm still shocked that the owner I just spoke with by phone was so condescending, arrogant, and downright rude to a potential new customer.

This review is from our experience receiving an on-site quote from this company and follow up phone conversation, not any work as we will not be hiring them.

We discovered plumbing issues in our recently purchased home and called a few plumbers to come out for quotes, including Superior. The ladies who answer the phone are sweet as can be. The technician provided 3 quotes to break out the work, each of which was 2x higher than the next closest estimate I received. Immediately after they left city workers arrived to mark our lawn for gas/power lines, without our consent or acknowledgement. I called and they apologized that they had a mixup and called in the wrong address to be marked. To remedy the error and as a sign of good faith for future business I asked for our $45 consultation check to be destroyed and not cashed and I was told it would be destroyed.

A gentleman came on the phone and asked what was going on so I tried to explain but to no avail. I have zero tolerance for any business whose owner or employee raises their voice to me and speaks over me when I'm trying to voice my concern, and trying to sort out the mixup. It's a shame because the two technicians who arrived were very courteous and polite, though they pushed hard for the highest quote that another plumber said was unnecessary work at this time. (Later confirmed he was the owner.)

This single experience unfortunately lost this company our business and likely the business of our network.

I was referred by my realtor when we needed plumbing service. We just bought a house and turns out that the pipe under the master bath toilet was cracked and tree roots were growing there! Mike Buckley was assigned as our technician and he was just AWESOME. He was always on time, very pleasant to work with and did a great job fixing the problem without delay. I would say the service fee was very reasonable and I would definitely call superior Plumbing and drains if I ever need plumbing service again. A+++

SUPERIOR PLUMBING TO THE RESCUE!!!! Another company left me with a Natural Gas Water Heater in pieces for weeks. I called SUPERIOR PLUMBING and they came right out and told me the problem and fixed it the very next day! Thank you LORD for SUPERIOR PLUMBING. They know their business and gave me fast, friendly service at an affordable price. I've already given their name to several other people. Don't wait on other companies to show up. GREAT, HONEST, HARDWORKING, SUPERIOR! Over the past 3 years we have had issues with our main sewer line and worked to treat the roots. Unfortunately this year (2018) the main line hit the wall and was time to replace! Not to mention it completely clogged. I got about 8 quotes.. I was amazing that some of the companies wanted just a text and picture of the area and they would come back with a high $$ quote... I asked how they arrived at that.. these companies said ""oh we use google maps and your picture"" to quote. Not the team from Superior Plumbing. Mike with SP came out Day one, we discussed the real issues and formulated a good plan to fix it. They wrote me a quote on the spot which was not only completely fair but would solve the main drain line completely by installing a new one. Keep in mind, I have a family and let me say with a main line sewer line.. time is ticking... the household can't flush, no laundry, dishes, showers.. so you want to go quickly on projects like this but also get a fair price. That was definitely the case with Superior. They were able to come out next day and start... installed brand new sewer line with extra clean outs and solved other issues as well, found additional cracks with the end of the sewer line and repaired on the spot. Overall an AMAZING INSTALL JOB and completely fixed the sewer line! Overall SUPER FRIENDLY TEAM, FAIR PRICES, GREAT CRAFTSMANSHIP (they know their trade) and SUPER NICE (Southern Hospitality) which is what I like the most. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will be having them back soon for a Water Heater install soon. THANK YOU SUPERIOR!! KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK!!

I was extremely pleased with Justin, the service tech from Superior Plumbing. He done a great job for me, was very polite and friendly. This was my first experience with Superior Plumbing, but definitely will not be my last. Highly recommend this company.
